Faulty product returned, refund received after some communication
I purchased a fly killer and when it arrived it was plugged in and the top tube immediately started flashing/flickering. I videoed this and looked up the possible cause and it advised me to unplug as a possible tube failure and safety issue as it is plugged directly into the mains with no off switch on the device. I returned the product by post along with a copy of the video by email. The general manager has been in contact and given a full refund straight away

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. However, having checked our system, it appears there has been a mix-up regarding the company you ordered from.
We have no record of any order placed with us 5 days ago. Your last order with us was back in August, which was successfully fulfilled, and it appears you are reviewing that previous order from August rather than a recent transaction.
As you have not placed a recent order with us and seem to have reviewed the wrong company for your 5-day-old order, would you kindly amend or delete your review? If you have any outstanding queries regarding your account or your previous order from August, please do get in touch with us directly and we will be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Team
