Very unprofessional people with a very bad attitude.
AVOID AT ALL COST

I have hands down had the most terrible customer service with Click4Balloons that I have ever experienced in my whole entire life.

I have a balloon decoration business and started by purchasing balloons online with them. I must admit that I never had any issues when it came to ordering online. Items were always received in a timely manner, so I would always purchase items from them.

Fast forward to when we needed a commercial helium tank, due to having no prior issues, we were happy to go ahead with purchasing a helium tank from them, through their helium collection service.

In June we purchased out first tank with them and the process went smoothly, once that tank had finished we then purchased another from them.

This is where the issues begin, the helium tank we purchased, seemed to have a fault, as very early on it lost all it's air which was very unusual.

Of course we contacted Click4Balloons to explain the situation and see what could be resolved. They concluded that they were unable to replace the tank or refund us. Instead we would need to send the tank back for it to be fault tested. We were happy to do this and asked for it to be arranged.

It was from this moment that the communication and customer service from Click4Balloons began to rapidly deteriorate. After returning the tank back to one of their agents, I then sent an email to request some sort of update, to see if the tank has been received and when we may expect the results.

Nothing.

It would take days for someone to respond to us, and only when prompted by an email. Each time email correspondence occurred, we were asked to repeat the situation again, just delaying any sort of update. Each time we were compliant and responsive but it would take days again to get a response and we were still asked to repeat ourselves.

Fast forward to this week, I asked for an update again, and was asked to repeat the issue once more. It was then I decided to write a review on Trust Pilot to share my experience, because at this point I was so frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service.

Shortly after my review (ironically), I received an email stating that my results had "magically" arrived and in order for me to know them I must delete my review on Trust Pilot (see below for email)

"As we have stated, the fault test procedure is Air Products Plc, not Click4. Once the cylinder goes back to the agent it has to work it's way through the Air Products fault test system and we then get notified the result so we can update you. We cannot speed this up for you as it is completely beyond our control. The result has come in today at 4.19pm so if you would like to remove your trustpilot review we can continue"

I removed my review, just because I had been bullied into doing so to receive my results. I then contacted them via Instagram as I was getting nowhere. To which I received an aggressive reply stating that I shouldn't contact them via this platform and I should leave them alone and that Mike would be coming back to me today.

Well it's today, and surprise, nobody from Click4Balloons has contacted, despite me sending another email to ask when I would be hearing from them.

I would strongly advise anyone not to order helium through Click4Balloons. They work as a middle man and really use the helium service as a way to make quick money but have no intentions of getting involved or helping if anything goes wrong. They refer to the company who provides the helium, but as the only access we have is to Click4Balloons and as they are the seller, they should take responsibility in ensuring that any issues are resolved.

The manner and tone in which this whole situation has been dealt with means that I will never have custom with them again unfortunately. I thought I would write this review to help anyone who may be thinking of purchasing helium from them. Even if you purchase balloon products, be weary if anything goes wrong. They have no desire to provide any good customer service and when challenged they will just be rude and aggressive.

Amazing service, easy website to navigate through and order always here before expected ! Any queries about products are always answered to so quickly, definitely my go to place for supplies .

Their website is so modern and easy to use compared to other supplier websites! I’ve even recommended them to family and friends as that’s how highly I think of Click4balloons!

Items showed online as available but when order was placed and waiting for delivery nothing showed up to find out they never sent out my items.
I had to cancel an event and give my customer a full refund and chance getting a bad review. Not happy one bit.

This is the first order that I have made with Click4balloons, the website and checkout process were very easy, there's a huge variety of stock available at good prices and I will definitely be making another order very soon. Tanya

Brilliant delivery service, especially compared to other similar companies we contacted who were unable to guarantee delivery despite offering expensive delivery options.

Also, very accommodating when wanting to add something to the order after it had been confirmed.

I would give no stars if I could

They do not deliver as they say they will 2-4 working days from date of order so balloons do not arrive in time for scheduled events even though order is placed in good time.

So please do not order from here if you do not want to be disappointed - also told they were sent first class and still hadn't arrived 3 days later - ordered on 18th still not arrived by 22nd
