Every customer has been complaining…
Every customer has been complaining that the balloon has a hole within the qualatex bubble balloon and that it deflated within minutes of receiving the balloon. Also, i now believe them as i inflated the balloon with helium and it deflated. I then found a hole within the balloon which i didn’t do as it wasn't near anything sharp.

Thank you for your email and photo. My advice would be, when stuffing deco bubbles with feathers, to be as careful as possible, as the feathers stem can be sharp, so I would check this before stuffing the balloon, as I think in your case, you were unlucky and got an accidental puncture on the deco bubble. I would discard any feathers with sharp ends. I am happy to refund the one deco bubble to compensate your loss.

Great service. I had a problem with my helium order. Broker was being difficult and Click4Balloons resolved it fast and I was able to pick up the next day from a different broker. Thank you.

Poor Customer Service - Avoid
The website is easy to use and the range of stock is great but if you have any issues with a product the customer service is shocking. They aren’t happy to replace damaged goods and send really sarcastic emails when you are trying to get an answer.
I rented a helium canister whilst social distancing and was given a faulty inflator. Its recommended you check your canister on collection but the supplier was very careful with the collection of the helium and placed it in my car with no contact. I respect the Social distancing procedure they put in place but I’m now in a situation where I need help replacing or refunding my helium and I can’t get any support from Click4balloons.
Click4balloons were really difficult and unhelpful when I asked for a refund or replacement. It took days for them to reply to my emails and when they did they had a really poor attitude and such bad customer service. Mike in particular was no help at all. As a business owner it’s important to use a wholesaler who can help you when items are delivered faulty or incorrect... you get nothing from this wholesaler.
I advise you go elsewhere incase something is wrong with your order... they don’t like to help to resolve any issues and have terrible communication with their customers.
The low score is purely based on the attitude of the customer service. You will no doubt see in their reply to this review (and others) that they are abrupt and sarcastic in the way they word their sentences. I have ordered from much more helpful and friendly wholesalers and I feel it’s important others are aware of this.

I am sorry you were given a faulty inflator with your helium cylinder by the Agent. These are 3rd party businesses who hold and serve the gas on behalf of us so we do not control them directly. When your helium collection is ready we email you the booking number which explicitly advises customers to fit and test the adaptor before leaving the Agent site so that if something is wrong, it can be fixed there and then. Your email was responded to as quickly as we could, but furloghed staff have made responses slower than normal. We advised you to simply pop back to the agent and ask them to swap over the adaptor to solve your issue. You obviously didn't like this reply and started demanding refunds and replacements, which cannot be done, as Air Products policy dictates, that once signed for, helium as a perishable good cannot be replaced for any accidental losses. I understand the Agent kindly loaded your car for you, but there was an opportunity to test the adaptor before leaving. I was also glad to see your first balloon order arrived on time and correct.
