Just received my hot tub thermal cover for my lazy spa . I was very impressed with the quality and size . My spa is 196 cm and cover is up to 208 cm . It fits really well and managed to cover my spa in a few minutes. A lot less money than lazy spa make . Dispatched and received in good time . I’m a happy hot tub enthusiast .

Quick delivery, great price and very happy with the product. Delivered in a ziploc bag which will make storage a lot easier- more companies should do this👍

Ordered Universal thermal hot tub cover, packaged arrived open and ripped from seller. Packaging was extremely poor ripped and open.

Cover had been packed again in a zip lock bag With labels on packaging from previous owner and had been sent back

Faulty unit. Brought a Hawaii set it up and bubbles did not work. put in a claim, got a replacement for that one to leak. Had to put in another claim. I have not even had the chance to use it and it will be soon need to be put away. I am disabled and customer service is a joke. Don't bother to buy or just you will be wasting money on nothing

Hot tub cover. Had one for two years and it sat outside most of the time. Kept the heat up in the hot tube. Just bought a new one hope it lasts as long.

I buy the hot tub a year ago in July 2023 and was use only two months then I washed and dry then store in safe condition but when we installed this year I find lots of holes inside which is making me very disappointed 😞
This is only for one year use cost me £250

Sent one back to fix the heating element, the actual hot tub vinyl was fine when we sent it off, when it returned it had three separate holes patched up. Wonder if they sent a different one back?!

Sent one back for repair of heating element and came back worse condition! You could see it had been dragged on the floor of the warehouse and due to this there was several air leaks that wasn't there before, awful customer service too. Very disappointed with how they treat people items there meant to be fixing.

Got a clever spa thermal cover for my Cosy spa and it fits great and works great for keeping the heat in.

I've now bought 2 CleverSpa Thermal Hot Tub Covers, the first 3 years ago. I have found both to be quality products. The claim of a 50% energy saving, when using the cover, I find to be true. The only reason for a second purchase was that the 3 years usage has rendered the old one a little weather beaten, although still effective.

Have had two clever spas now both heater broke not long feet warranty. Would not recommend

I've had my cleverspa 1 year 3 months and the pump has broken, I've been advised that as its integral this can't be fixed and the warranty is for only 1 year. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Was contacted by this company after my Web Hosting Company had gone into Liquidation - the rep a Mr Victor Kaye made all these claims that TCW Co could build a brand new site for my business along with sorting out getting our domain transferred etc, paid the upfront fees as requested and set up a direct debit as requested - so far to date NOTHING

Have contacted them numerous times but nothing then had one call from a so called web designer who assured me that our new website was well on its way to completion which was a load of
B---S--T as they had not even downloaded all the info sent via WeTransfer. They have still kept taking payment so informed them that unless someone got in contact the direct debit would be cancelled - still nothing. I then gave them a week to refund the monies taken from my account and that I wanted nothing more to do with them, as usual - NOTHING

Nothing but a scam

I bought a large clever spa thermal spa cover and initially everything was fine until it started to randomly rip after 6 months but not through mistreatment, just day to day activities (i.e. removing the cover from the spa). Very disappointed.

Good quality product which does what it claims producing a very good product very pleased tanks

Website not working, tried to register warranty. only realised after going on trustpilot that this is because the company has gone. Why this is being sold still by B&Q.

I brought a new clever Waikiki spa all happy and worked well for 2 week and now the pump heater impeller has stopped pumping .
Any ideas on where I can buy a new impeller as all on the internet are to small.
I need a 65mm from top of fan to bottom of magnet
Any help will be great thanks
