Brand & Visual Identity: Built clean brand foundations (colour palette, typefaces, rebuilt wordmark), a starter file, and a Surry Hills competitor analysis.

Menu Engineering & Costing: Redesigned and costed our menu (including a 37-item trial model with Day 60 review logic), print-ready menus in three layouts, editable templates, and batch/recipe cards.

Operating System & Training: Created a complete café operating spreadsheet and branded manual with daily/weekly/monthly SOPs, service scripts, staff onboarding, and a 4-week Duty Manager pathway.

Food Safety & Compliance: Fully rebuilt our Food Safety Program, developed a full allergen matrix (including a print version), mapped our operations register (fryer exemption, rice safety), and integrated pest control response protocols.

Regulatory & Strategy: Mapped a Council compliance tracker and calendar, alongside a strategic lease renewal plan ahead of 2027.

Marketing & Visibility: Delivered a 5-product social media kit, updated street signage (A-frame, cold drinks card), local search audit, Google Ads & Upwork briefs, and a customer price notice.

Project Direction: Created a master concept document for our venue's direction and maintained a project tracker covering every task, asset, and payment throughout.

When we began the journey of creating Red Bridge Cafe & Restaurant in Windsor, we had a vision, passion and determination, but we quickly realised there were hundreds of decisions, systems and operational requirements that we simply didn't know.
