Odpowiedź od Cleopatra Jewellery
Hi Josie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are really sorry to hear that your ring has bent and we sincerely understand your concern. The ring that you have ordered is an adjustable one, which gives you extra flexibility, but is also very delicate. This means that it can be easily bent if in contact with other objects.
Please do get in touch and we will endeavor to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
Kind regards,
Cleopatra Jewellery team
Literally inlove with my ring!
