Best app for tracking credit score
Easy to use app. The clarity that it has given me on my credit score, its history and the impact of various financial enquiries/ transactions on my score, is priceless. There is no other app or score agency like ClearScore.

Marketing ploy
When I realised this is about marketing products to me I deleted it, in in the company’s wisdom they decided I needed the app more than I did and wouldn’t let me unsubscribe from emails. What a joke. Leave me alone. Don’t send me anymore emails. I’m not interested. And don’t reply with your obviously generic response you have given everyone else. People, don’t subscribe to this sham company.
Update: From the response I can only surmise that they either don’t read the reviews, or don’t care.

Your credit scores do not align with Experian - I checked!
Your credit scores are not aligned with Experian plus your recommendations of "preferred loan merchants" gives false hope to people in hardship.
Your reports seem to be a sales pitch and no doubt, you receive commission from Credit companies and Banks.
I had a life threatening injury requiring 3+ months recuperation. I notified all of my creditors and obtained a paused payment program until I could get back to work. Yet the 1st month, you removed 160 points from my credit score even though all of my creditors were onboard. My accounts were not delinquent - they were paused as agreed.
I wrote to you about this and all you did was flick-pass it to Experian with no response. Thanks a lot (Being sarcastic here!)
I summary - my whole experience with ClearScore has been below par and far from professional.

Incompetence
Clear Score are simply a reporting process each month. While the main agency supplying the data for the report is Experian, who are bloody hopeless. Several times I have raised my concerns, with their lack of enquiry and little response. Last example - mid April and still no word back at mid May.
Lost 120 points in one month and did nothing incorrectly. What a Joke!

When transferring from Creditsimple to…
When transferring from Creditsimple to ClearScore somehow my data went missing and my score went from over 800 before being transferred to ClearScore now I’m in the mid 500’s. Not happy !!!
