The UHC Agent Ms

The UHC Agent Ms. Claudia Luna was very kind, helpful and such an excellent experience communicating with her! I was able to get additional benefits because of her thorough explanation of a better fit contract. She certainly gave me such valuable information and that I could contact her anytime! Everyone I talked with listened and cared

Everyone I talked with listened and gave me everything I needed and made sure I understood everything they were telling me. Very friendly and caring. They made things easier to understand and not so scary for people and I appreciate it !!

My rep was amazing (his name is Gentry)…

My rep was amazing (his name is Gentry) but the lady the confirmed the information after speaking with him did NOT enter any of the information correctly. She has my pharmacy in the worst area and miles away from my doctors offices. She was rude-ish and took forever. But other than her, everything else was fine.

Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. No details because if you cany say something nice..... Oh wait their sales people were good. Not honest but goods salesmen.

My agent. JEMAR, was totally amazing

I was very pleased with my agent, Jemar!!
He walked me through the entire Advantage coverage that I was interested in. He was patient with me answered all of my questions. Thoroughly. He spoke clearly and I really appreciated that.
I would definitely recommend ClearMatch. Jemar also told me to contact him with anything I may need.
