Wasting my time

I just want to have a conversation about my insurance that does not end up with me on hold for an endless amount of time. My time is as valuable as yours. Just to sign up took over an hour. Just to ask what my Insurance ID number was or how to get my card was a long time on hold and still never got a response.

Following initial contact

Following initial contact, which was very good unable to reconnect with the agent that or anyone else that could answer any questions.
Now that my new coverage has started, I find a lot of details that were part of the initial contact are missing from the new policy.
