Luke M was brilliant, he worked so hard removing paint from my interior car floor. Luke was extremely professional and courteous. High recommended

He was regrettably late due to previous appointment but I must say he did an excellent job and I’m very pleased. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.

Excellent customer service by the workers . Not what I was expecting from the Clean Me booking details - misleading and the last email from Clean Me was a bit off putting, suggesting that I should expect upselling.

Operator arrived on time and keen to get the job started. Did a really good job, but had missed key cleaning points such as door jams, front window and dirt on tyres. There was also cleaning product dripping from certain points still and areas that had been completely untouched. Very disappointing considering I had paid for the deep clean, which listed these areas and he left an hour earlier than expected.

Yakiv did a fantastic job with my car. I have toddlers and the backseat was in a bit of a state. Delighted and I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

The guy did a great job was a super nice lad god it done and dusted but before the service even started he said "you only booked interior not exterior what will u do with the exterior" and i said "oh ill have to get that sorted another time then" id rather have just done the exterior myself money wise. after the service was finished he'd done the exterior too without asking and then asked me to pay for the extra which was £30 and he did a great job but i'd have rather done it myself and saved £30. although i didn't mind and understood because he did have to put a bit of fuel in it + heather the drive a bit to remove old debris as it was an old mouldy car.

Guys were punctual and did a great job on the cars inside and out.

Absolute nightmare with the bookings. Got charged before anyone accepted. Then got charged again once someone accepted. Then I get told at the time of my appointment that my operator “didn’t realise he had accepted my appointment and was not showing up” then he asked me to cancel the booking completely. What a joke.

Not the best experience, I’m afraid.

I booked an “interior deep clean” for my company car, which was advertised as a comprehensive service to bring the interior back to a factory-standard condition. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.

In reality, the seats were cleaned and the car was vacuumed — but that was about it. Key areas like the runners, handles, and other interior surfaces were still dirty, and even the windows weren’t cleaned.

When I raised this, I was told that certain elements weren’t included and would cost extra, despite being listed as part of the service description.

Based on what was advertised, I expected a much more thorough job. Sadly, this didn’t meet expectationsf.

Ross cleaned my car yesterday, he arrived earlier, but he messeged me if he can. He done a fantastic job, my car never been this clean before and super shiny . Ross been very kind and friendly. I booked the service on the day and I get respond very quickly.

Farook and his colleague did an excellent job of the car. Especially in getting the soft top back to its original state. It was super dirty, had mould growing on it and also debris from someone having used the wrong cloth on it previously but by the end it looked amazing.
