Basically I needed a deep clean for parts of a share house. (Not just empty the bins, wipe the benches and a vacuum.)
The results were spectacular.
From the dials on the oven being cleaned (behind and the outside part), through to the rods connecting the dials, through to the whole oven/stove itself it was epic. Like brand new. (Considering the oven is decades old that's saying something.)
Through to the exhaust fan being cleaned, the draws pulled out and thoroughly cleaned, with the edges scrubbed into.
It was a beautiful site to behold.
Nimmo was responsive to calls, emails and questions. Together with the cleaner he sent showed up perfectly on time, was resourceful, worked solidly for the five hours.
So if you want a deep clean then this is your company.

Contacted them for last minute service and they were quick to respond! They were able to get me a cleaning crew the next day! They were prompt, courteous and professional! Very reasonable pricing and they gave me the discount as advertised! These folks were very hard working and thorough! Nancy is very easy to get in contact with and always has appointments available when I need them. The cleaners always come exactly on time, are very courteous, and they consistently do a really great job. I feel so spoiled after they come to clean because everything looks so perfect and smells wonderful. It's such a great feeling to relax at home after it's been spotlessly cleaned!

I totally recommend this company. My house has never been so clean. The two lovely women arrived early and did not leave until everything in every room was sparkling. Nancy and her crew were charming, polite, fun, completely professional and I would most definitely ask for this team again. Nancy was helpful and understanding, texting me to keep me informed at all times over the weekend, and making sure that all was going O.K. I have never used a cleaning company before, but will have no problem in the future using Clean House Melbourne.

Cleaner had poor attitude.
Cleaner had poor attitude.
She turned up grumpy and for the price you pay $55/hour they do not bring any cleaning agents nor a shread of cloth to wipe down. And so they clean house by using all your paper towels, tissues and they could not even bother to empty out the vacuum bag after cleaning.
I will definitely not use them again.

Hi Lady G for posting this review. I really appreciate your honesty. I have NO complaints in my records but I can feel that you are upset with our cleaners and cleaning service. I wonder why you didn't tell me anything and you were booking us again and again. The strange thing that I have noticed is that you have used us many many times and for me, it was a sign for me that my cleaners were performing very well. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment.
Regarding cleaning the house with paper towels, I'm not aware of that and according to our agreement, your tenant should provide all the equipment and the cleaning products. If they fail to do so, that's on them and consequently on you who is paying. My cleaners normally notify me when this kind of things happen and which allow me to address it with the customer and make sure the cleaner has all the necessary to perform a very good cleaning service.
Regarding emptying the vacuum bag, I fully agree with you; they should empty it at the end of the cleaning service. My deepest apologies on that.

We had to clean my parents home ready for settlement and Clean House Melbourne came in, worked very hard and left the place spotless... there were areas cleaned that would never have been seen before! We were extremely pleased with their service.
