Meticulous and professional
I recently used the end of lease cleaning service and Mimmo was very helpful in assisting me on how much cleaning I would need. The cleaners were very meticulous and professional, they even cleaned places I didn’t realise exist. 5/5 would recommend!

Job not completed to quoted level. Areas that where expected to be clean to the ‘highest standard’ still dirty. Underquoted and produced to tell us that the time needed was double what was quoted.

I have quoted you, over the phone, by the hour but the scope of work requested was needing double the time booked. I've intervened, when you called me, proposing you a solution at a very low rate and you were very happy with it. You have even thanked me for it. In our cleaning, we NEVER cut corners and we always deliver the best cleaning possible. At the end of the clean, as we do with all our customers, with my wife, you have checked all your home and you were happy with everything. I wish you all the best with your house sale. Mimmo

Instant Response and Delivery of Great Service
We unfortunately moved into an Air BNB property which was extremely dirty due to the previous guests. It was Sunday morning we requested a quote, and within 2 hours we had a team onsite cleaning the mattresses and couches, and returning the next morning to clean the carpets. Could not have been happier with the response and the service

Easily the best deep cleaning service that we've used in Melbourne. We have the same set of cleaner each time and they do a fantastic job. They're very thorough, and take care of washing & changing sheets, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning our bathrooms, etc. We travel frequently for work and they're extremely flexible with working around our schedule. Very reasonably priced too. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Nancy and her team did a terrific job - the house is looking like new again. Mimmo was very easy to deal with and I am glad I made the call to get help to clean up after the building work I recently had done. I'll happily call on Clean house Melbourne next time it's all feeling like too much to clean on my own. They arrived on time, took care to understand what I wanted done and then got straight into doing it. Very happy customer!
