We used Clean Genius for an end of tenancy clean. Zain exceeded all our expectations. He was so conscientious, every nook and cranny was clean. When he finished it was cleaner than when we moved in.
The kitchen extractor fan was covered in oil when we moved in 4 years ago, I couldn’t get it clean but Zain did, I was so impressed.
Zain is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend using Clean Genius.

This review is 100% false. We've been providing honest cleaning services to our customers for years It's unfortunate that Trustpilot won't remove this obvious lie even after we flaged it but we encourage you to read our many positive reviews to see the truth about our business.

They agree a price over the phone then add to it once they turn up to do the job. Plus the clean was really poor. I sent pictures for them to redo the areas they missed but they are playing the blame game. Not worth the time with these lot.

I wanted to clarify a few things. First, the emails we exchanged were just us trying to gather details for the job – they weren't a final confirmation of the booking. And second, I understand you're concerned about sharing your phone number. We take customer privacy seriously, and I want to assure you that your number is completely confidential. We'd only ever use it if there was an issue with the booking we needed to discuss.
Unfortunately, when we checked our availability, we found that we were already booked for the day you requested. We're happy to suggest some alternative dates if you're interested.
