Ordered a strapless bra that came in…
Ordered a strapless bra that came in far to big, even though I used the sizing menu they suggest. I reached out to customer service which ends up being a third party you talk to. Got the runaround about trying to return the product with a result being them REIMBURSING me $3. If you insist on getting a refund you have to send the package back to China and pay all the shipping fees, which of course isn't worth it. Once again, getting scammed for a bad product ... such bad service!!!!!!

Classupery is a fraud even if advertised on facebook
Product (a lamp) was obviously used and defective. Can't return it because shipping cost is on me (not like Amazon). Can't use it, because it won't stay up. Get taken for a spin on the classupery "customer service" app. Not offering any solutions, keep sending you to a bot (contact us button).
I bought in confidence since I thought that Facebook was only promoting adds that they had checked before.
It obviously isn't the case, and I just lost all my money for NOTHING!
If you pay and don't get the service or the product advertised, it is a fraud

One star too many!
I gave one star because I couldn't give none! Scam. Product received were nothing as advertised. Even after sending photos, they think the product is correct. NEVER EVER buy from them!
