CLASSIC DECODER WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
I attempted to order a vehicle VIN report from this website. The website stated "Money Back Guarantee" if not completely satisfied. I ordered the report for the vehicle but the report only provided "No Data Found".
I requested the refund as stated on their website but was told by the support person on the chat that they could only give a partial refund. THIS IS A SCAM!!

I paid for a report on a 1978 ford. It gave me an error and then tried to charge me again to get the report. DONT PAY THEM. It is a scam. They wouldn’t even respond to my messages stating there was a problem. $30 thrown in the garbage. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!!!

Incorrect report
The vin information report had minimal details and the only detail provided (the engine size) was incorrect. I reported that and was told will receive a refund of payment.

Paid for incorrect report - Got accused of trying to steal a report! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I paid $35 for a vehicle history report and build sheet. The car in question is a 2WD 1978 Blazer. The report and sticker I was sent was flat out wrong. Showed it as a 4wd (Clearly evident by VIN that it was 2WD). It also showed the incorrect vehicle for the header. I contacted them about the incorrect information and getting a refund. They gave me 2 credits. I told them I do not want credits I want an accurate report or my money back. No response. I filed a paypal dispute, and they have accused me of trying to get a free report or basically steal their subpar services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company fraudulently gives information that they do not have I gave them a VIN it brought up the wrong vehicle I brought it up to a chat they then changed that name to the correct vehicle but it had the incorrect specs I subsequently ended up buying the service for $25 when I opened up the information it had absolutely zero information nothing about where it was registered nothing about who sold it nothing about the history not even a mileage report this vehicle was currently sold less than five six years ago so it should have at least showed that it did not this is called fraud I asked for a refund as their website shows 100% satisfaction guarantee they denied that luckily I paid through PayPal and PayPal refunded my money do not waste your money on this service You're not waste your time with this company they are taking your money at least Carfax was nice enough to say they didn't have any information
