I recently sold my tracts for double what I paid, and I credit a big part of that to my experience with Classic Country LLC.
From the start, the process was smooth and flexible. The monthly payment structure made it easy to get in at a low entry price, while still giving me the freedom to invest in improvements and turn the property into a really solid hunting tract.
What stood out most was how easy they were to work with—responsive, straightforward, and helpful whenever I had questions.
If you're looking for land you can actually use, improve, enjoy, and potentially resell for a profit, I’d strongly recommend Classic Country LLC. It was a great experience all around.

We love working with this company. We have purchased 3 properties with them. Our salesman, Kerry Kind, is the best. He made it so easy for us to purchase our property. This company has so many great selections... You should be able to find what you are looking for. Ask for my buddy Kerry, he will take good care of you. Tell him I sent you.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Do not buy from this company! They will not honor their contract! We bought property through them. We were told that we would be able to have a legal MJJ farm without any issues. They agreed. Then a few months after purchasing the place they changes the covenants. They refuse to honor the covenants that are in my contract. They also refuse to sign the paperwork for me to keep my business going! They say that they treat their customers right! I can tell you first hand, that they do not!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Classic Country Land. From the very first conversation, their staff treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. No pressure, no runaround, just good people doing honest business the way it used to be done.
The buying process was incredibly easy and smooth. Almost five years ago, they helped us purchase our property, and before we knew it, we owned a beautiful 34-acre plot of land tucked away in the mountains. What could have been overwhelming felt simple and exciting instead.
What truly sets them apart is how helpful and supportive their team has continued to be over the years. Even long after the sale, they’ve remained responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever we’ve had questions.
To this day, we’re still grateful for how seamless everything was and for the lasting support they’ve provided. If you’re dreaming of land of your own and want to work with people who truly care, Classic Country Land is the real deal. Solid folks, solid land, and an experience we’d gladly do again 🌲✨
No legal deed for easements
I am at the 3 year mark since learning that an easement isn't legally deeded. I have text conversations with my original sales rep stating that all easements are deeded. The contract that Classic Country Land provided states "ALL EASEMENTS ARE LEGALLY DEEDED". After a few years ownership I let CCL know I intended to sell the property and asked if there were any special instructions on their end. They said "nope, go ahead with your sale". We contracted a realtor and started showing. We found a buyer, accepted an offer and started the closing process. During this process it was discovered that the easements are not actual deeded and never were. We ultimately lost our contract and were unable to sell. I have patiently waited for CCL to make this right. 3 years seems like a fair amount of time. I strongly suggest that you do not buy land from CCL. From their sales staff that provided inaccurate information to their contracts that have blatant misinformation its starting to feel like a scam. Maybe one day I can come back and say they made it right, but at this rate, I am having doubts. Also, with a little research, you can find they have multiple lawsuits pending in several states. RUN, don't walk away from Classic Country Land and all their representatives.

Our next chapter
As I was looking to get some property for my family to grow and experience the development of land and making it our own I stumbled on CCL and I’m sure glad I did! I reached out on a property that I viewed as the perfect opportunity for camping then cabin. Tammy Sharp headed my call and she was amazing! Walked us through the buying process and was informed with every step and questions I had. Tammy is very professional and just a delight to have on the other side of a decision our family made.
Genuine people that are personable
I've been dealing with CCL for half a year or so now. I am a true fan of Michael & Jenny! They teamed up together and helped me to secure a tract that is perfect for my current needs. In a time that has been extremely stressful due to outside dishonesty, this CCL team helped to make my Christmas a Merry one and we are genuinely appreciative! Thank you Michael, Jenny and the CCL team!

What needs said? Well, they offered land with financing, not a lot of questions asked of me, many I asked them. They answered to the best of their ability, and continue to answer as I call with new questions. So yeah, great company they dont b.s with you. If i could do it all over again, in a heartbeat.

We want out of the city life and want something a little more remote.
- Why did you choose Classic Country Land? We heard about CCL a long time ago and did to unfortunate circimstances we had to foreclosed the land, but are better prepared now and decided to purchase again with this company.

Emma is by far the best person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any company, she's professional and good at her job and amazing at customer service!
- Describe your feelings seeing the land for the 1st time?
We bought lot 20 at Moonrise Meadow in Oklahoma, when we first ventured out to look at the lot, my husband and I both feel in love and immediately imagined our future there, where the house will go etc. So we called the very next day, and now we've also acquired the adjoining lot!
AMAZING PROCESS

My husband and I, bought a house in 2020. Covid hit. By end 2022, we bought an RV for our family and decided to become debt free or nearly debt free to we could start our dream and become self-sufficient. We could not get a loan, even after all we did to better our credit. We decided to figure out where we wanted to out our forever roots. We looked in WV, TN, OK, KY and MO. Once we knew, we found a realtor. She helped look for properties. After research, and more research until we drove ourselves crazy. We decided to go with CCL. Our realtor also helped with the process and worked with CCL. We bought land because we wanted to have a more self-sufficient, offgrid, homestead for our family. We picked CCL because the price was right, we also got a nice discount, the interest was better than any other company we looked at. We also decided to go with a 10 year pay off because we didn't want to deal with a ballon payment you would get if you did 15 or 20 years. Which is probably where some people didn't do their research that complain. Research is key. Also doing research in the state and county you want to buy land. Do your due diligence. We researched for months. Nearly a year. The buying process was super easy. I highly suggest going to view the land. We went to Windy Ridge in MO and it was all clay the road was no maintenance and no way we could get anything up the big hill and sharp turns. We ended up looking at another place in MO right after and the road was maintained and the property I could see my family living at for years and years. Our realtor helped with the purchase process. Which made is super easy. You do not need a realtor but it made it better in my opinion. Everything is explained in the paper work. If you have questions, ask. Overall, the process was amazing. If I had the need to buy more, I would. I have suggested CCL to many people looking. For anyone struggling with bad credit, and want to purchase land maybe start an offgrid homestead I would pick CCL. Just do your due diligence, and research laws, zoning etc in the state and county you want to buy land in.

Micheal made the process of buying land so very simple, I had a hard time deciding took me a few months. He would check back with me and I finally found one and the process of purchase was so easy, nothing is ever that simple but this was, I absolutely recommend CCL if you plan to purchase land.

I found this on Facebook while I was scrolling down the page. I bought my first piece of property October 29,2021. It was seamless and easy. Michael was my sales agent and was great to work with. I went and bought a 2nd piece of property on March 31 2023. Again it was seamless and easy to deal with. Michael again my sales agent on this purchase. I can't say enough about the how this has made my dream of owning a nice chunk of property a reality. Thanks for allowing me to make it real instead of a dream.
