what a dissapointment
the product was came bent even the package was intact.
huge cost of delivery at such a small value of goods plus custom taxes, instead using a delivery services with custom fees included, practically this website is earning money from the delivery cost

We appreciate the inconvenience of the part arriving in a less than perfect state, but we have discussed with you that this small defect is easily fixable (a simple case of bending the cage a little) , and have compensated part of your bill to make up for this.
We have also explained to you why we ship the way we do - our shipping charges are for express (1-2 day) fully trackable insured courier. This is a premium service and the cost is set appropriately.
As for shipping without customs being paid - this is quite normal within the industry. None of our international suppliers handle customs for us.
Our shipping policy on our website outlines everything in detail, so that if the method we provide is not suitable for a customer, they can be aware before ordering with us.
Customers are always welcome to contact us to discuss alternative bespoke shipping solutions as well.

These carburettors are supplied by Weber without gaskets, but we do offer a very wide range of gaskets to go with the carburettors we sell, and we are always happy to advise which ones are appropriate :) Many thanks for your feedback!
