Visited the Clarks Solihull store - staff were friendly, said hello, also asked if I needed any help despite the super hot day. I popped back 30 mins later and tried on some boots and the manager Jason was really helpful, checked to see if there was a 1/2 size available (which there was) he got those. I was also trying on other pumps during this time too, Ewan was also helping as they both understood I was looking for foot wear with underfoot padding due to the hours of standing in my job too. But they were both super helpful yesterday and advising me on their ranges and what may be a good fit for me, so I will be back when I'm in need of another pair of footwear. In the mean time I will await cooler weather to be able to wear my lovely Lauryl Bay boots - thank you so much guys such super service yesterday.

Kiran at the Solihull store was just AMAZING today. Such good, kind, attentive customer service. Really made sure my 5yo daughter got exactly the right shoes!

Came in with my daughter last Friday for some shoes for back to school, was served by this lovely young lady, Tia. She was so keen to help us and honestly brightened up my day. We did have some issues with the fit of the shoes but Tia was quick to help find a resolution!
Very prompt and friendly service and could not be more impressed with the shoes.

Today I visited Clarks in Solihull to get my grandchildren's new school shoes. I was served by Debs who was amazing and really helpful. She served all three of my grandchildren and was really patient. Overall, Clarks was brilliant.

Crystal went over and beyond to help me support my daughter choosing school shoes. She was polite and helpful on a stressful shopping trip

Duha took care measuring and fitting new school shoes for my son. We tried a second style and then the first style again. Duha warmly accommodated our requests & the shoes we bought were a good fit and my son was happy with them.

Great, quick appointment. The last who served us was extremely professional and after a short discussion about what we wanted knew exactly what go get. Caitlyn was great!

Safiah was amazing. I have three little girls who weren’t in the mood for a shoe fitting. Her knowledge and patience made the experience so much easier than it should have been. She was also training a lovely girl called Issy (also very hospitable to the situation) and the way Safiah was explaining how to follow company practise was wonderful.

It was a lovely experience to shop at Clarks Solihull. The staff were very friendly, a special mention to Ewan, who gave his time and advice to us. Although we couldn't find the right size of shoe, he showed us other great styles.

Bought school shoes for my son at Clarks Solihull. We were served by Harry who was friendly and helpful. He measured both of my children's feet and was efficient in finding the correct shoes. Clarks is a great place to buy shoes for the children as they are long lasting.

Went for school shoe fitting. Safiah was great. Really helpful, knowledgeable, great with the kids. Ended up with 4 pairs of shoes!
