Cheap, poor quality, product size guide inaccurate, won’t give you a refund, you can return items at £10 per item but still won’t give you your money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS HORRENDOUS ! CHEAP, POOR QUALITY AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME ! i WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS

I ordered two pairs of sandals from Clarke-London thinking they were based in in London and they took an age to arrive. Both pairs should be size 7 but when compared to my other shoes, they are a good inch shorter and they are very cheap looking and have gone into the bin and I suppose it is not point returning them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - SCAM!!

I ordered some sandals. They were poorly made and nothing like the picture. I thought they were based in the UK, but they are based in China. I cannot get a refund unless I pay for delivery via recorded methods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE - its a scam

I am not sure about the one star , if there was an option of 0 stars I would have chosen it , awful products, costumer service , return policy where to start ? don't buy from this website ..

Despite the name and the website these are scammers in China.
Sandals are cheap and tacky and would break within minutes if worn. I knew they weren't connected to Clarks Shoes but the sandals are worse than you would get at a seaside market.

I ordered a zipped bomber jacket from this company before reading the reviews. I had ordered it in beige but it arrived, 3 weeks later, and was cream!!!! I wanted it to go with a particular outfit that had beige in it so this is of no use whatsoever. I see from other reviews it needs to be returned to China, absolutely shocking. Please do not buy from this company, definitely not a reputable company and I'm only sorry I never checked the reviews before ordering.

Item bears little resemblance to the item ordered. Quality is extremely poor - item is worth less than a £5 and sold at tremendous mark up.

As others have commented parcel return cost and tax make returns financially unviable.

The sandals I ordered are so poor quality they look like they're made out of paper dreadful dont order anything from this firm con merchants and misleadingly I thought they were connected to Clarke's the best shoe shop don't fall for there adverts on line !!!!

The dress came from china, it took two weeks to deliver… is that weird silly stuff they use, and very cheaply sewn together! Whole company is a scam stay away

I originally bought some shoes before checking reviews. After seeing them I tried to cancel my order but couldn’t because it was already being shipped. I thought I had been scammed so just wanted to wait to see what would happen. Anyway, my shoes came today and I love them! They have been sized a bit too small and the stitches aren’t perfect, not worth £40 but I still love them either way. I wouldn’t buy from here again because of the risk of having the same result as the other reviews. Also, not sure if this is related but after buying from here I had a lot more scam calls/texts than normal so I think that may be related to this website. If you are going to buy from here I would be cautious, but like I said it was nothing like the other reviews.

I would not even award 1 star. I wrongly thought this was a UK company. The blouse arrived,.one side longer than the other (not the style). The stitching and fabric was poor.
To get a refund you have to send the item tracked to China which is not cheap. Once arrives they deduct over £8.00 taxes off the refund amount so it really is not worth sending the item back.

They do offer you a voucher but seriously DON'T.

Very disappointed. Despite all the poor reviews (I wish I had read prior to purchasing), the company seemingly has not learned.

This is hands down the worst shop I’ve ever come across. Avoid this website at all costs. If you’ve ordered anything, cancel it immediately — this company deserves to be shut down.

I ordered an extra-large tracksuit, and they didn’t even bother to ship it. It’s been three weeks since I reached out, and their response was a complete joke. They straight up told me, “We’re not going to help you. It’s your fault. You need to sort out your own shipping.” Are you serious?

I bought the tracksuit from them. It’s their job to send it — not mine. Why the hell would I need to ship something I never received in the first place? That’s not just bad service, that’s complete incompetence.

The fact that they think this is acceptable is beyond me. What kind of messed-up, backwards operation are they running? They do not even deserve one star if I could give a zero stars I would.🤬

I ordered from Clark's thinking it was a UK company, I ordered cropped denim trousers (3 sizes) eventually came and they are shocking nothing like the description. I am emailing the company now and they are trying to negotiate a deal with me to keep the trousers. They have offered me a 100% credit note or 30% cash refund and keep the trousers. HUGE lesson learnt please learn by my mistake DO NOT USE.

As per other reviews, long time to arrive and poor quality. The dress was nothing like the picture on website. Lesson learned, will always check Trustpilot before ordering from unknown supplier.

Terrible company, goods ship from China despite English name (and they list an address in the NL on their website) So fraudulent.
Dress looked pretty but made from a sort of plastic material!
Just laughed at how awful it is when it arrived.
Returned it to the return address on the label but have been told I have to return it to China. I didnt buy from China so will do charge-back instead

I ordered some shoes from Clark London thinking they are a truly British company. Unfortunately they are Chinese owned! The shoes turned up but not the quality that was advertised. I had around 8 Emails saying your parcel is coming, your parcel is on the way, your parcel is taking longer because the postal service is busy etc, etc.
Your better off buying from eBay knowing the product is going to be lower quality but the price will be better and that you will have to wait weeks for them to arrive!
