I am still waiting for my order. They are not replying to my messages. Has anyone reported this company to Trading Standards? If you have, what response did you get?

If we could review with 0 stars I would have done, I begrudge giving this outfit 1 star at all.
Ordered hearing aid amplifier for Nan, but on arrival it didn't work. We was asked to send it to China, but our contract was with Cannock not China, it was signed for, with name given, and a photo taken of the person that signed holding the package. Roll forward 6 weeks, and still constantly being fobbed off, with the same repeated email, AND NO REFUND.
Do not lose your money like we did, just search another website, and pay the extra price.
STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU LIKE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Scam !!! Ordered for my mother who is 86.Ordered one pair but they sent two and charged me for two. They are rubbish, don’t fit whistle . Asked via email three times for a refund as terms and conditions say with nil response. They owe me £138 and I will take this further if they do t respond. AVOID!!!!

I ordered these 3 weeks ago, they say 6-9 working days, still waiting for a response from my email, not at all impressed, I think I will be emailing again, asking for a refund as there is no sign of these even being dispatched. Customer service appears to be rubbish as no response, there advert etc convinced me that this company was good, wish I'd researched more. They have my money but I do not have any response much less my order.

The 50% refund will be returned to the original payment method used for your order, so you do not need to provide any bank or card details.

Like mall the others I have tried to get either more information or all the parts needed to get these to work. Cable / charger unit stated as in the box were missing
They sent and charged for 2 units when we ordered just one set and in the end offered 40% discount, which has not been accepted?
I asked for an envelope prepaid to return them and like others this request has been ignored .
I think Trading Standards will be intrested in this scam so that my next port of call.

As with others, ordered one set, charged for two. Nothing received after three weeks and not answering my emails. I have contacted my Bank who have put in a dispute and refunded me. Complete scam.

Have these and are uncomfortable to wear hurt my ears and the sound quality is poor have emailed the company and kept offering me a % back but I wanted a full refund which they state is a 60 day money back guarantee and now i get no response from them 8 times I have emailed them so don’t buy from them told me to send back to china and incurred a £35 handling fee what a joke

Similar to the gent below. Ordered an hearing aid for my 80 year old father. Never arrived after 2 weeks so emailing them and no response. To steal from a pensioner is absolutely shocking. Do not order from these they are con artists!!!!

This is a scam, I ordered the hearing aid and got confirmation of the order, I then got the confirmation they had shipped but no hearing aids turned up, the tracking number never up dated so I requested a refund several times via email as this is the only form of contact but had no replies like I said it’s a scam.

The ClarityPro hearing aid is not as advertised. Neither my wife nor I could fit them in our ears. They advertise a 60day 100% no-quibble refund in their advertising. If you ask to return them, they will offer 20% for you to keep them and then in increasing steps to 40%. When you decline this because they are useless, you will be told to send them tracked to China. If you complain about this, you will probably not get a reply.
Luckily, I have a solicitor's clerk for a wife. Guess the shock they have coming!

I have had a similar experience to all the other reviews - 2 pairs sent and charged for etc. I thought I had done my research before buying and read positive reviews on trustpilot. Sadly not to be true and it wasn't until I tried to return them for a refund the negative reviews came up on my search.
Their ' terms ' state they abide by the trading rules of the UK.. This absolute rubbish which I stated in an email to customer service.
They do amplify sound, particularly for watching TV, but you can't speak with them in as your voice sounds like it's in an echo chamber!
Avoid this company.

Ordered these, came fairly quickly, far too big to fit in my ears. Emailed immediately and like others reviewing, was politely fobbed off repeatedly. Try different ear pods, try wiggling/pulling your ears to get them to fit. Eventually offered 25% off, then 35%, then 40%. They were dispatched from Cannock, but customer has to return tracked mail to China, and only then is a deduction of £35 for processing mentioned 😡, and dependent on the aids arriving unscathed in China.

This is a scam! These are basic amplifiers, they do not reduce unwanted noise. The ordering process is designed so that you end up ordering two by mistake, impossible to get a refund or a discount which was agreed - do not deal wwith these people. The genuine items are available from JD Health Tech.

Trying to return a set ordered by mistake. Getting fobbed off with offers that I do not want. Worst experience with online shopping ever. No one is willing to help

I retract my previous review. I must have done something to the hearing to make it not work but it is working well again now. As I said before they are very comfortable and unobtrusive and have improved my hearing well. This is much better than the hearing aid that Boots quoted me £800 for

The hearing aids stopped charging . Their advert says 100% refund and they are trying to charge me a £35 handling fee. They are dragging out settling this I believe they are waiting until they have sold out and then will just ignore me.

These hearing aids were too big for me so I started the return process. This company offers a 100% refund if not satisfied THEY LIE I was offered 40% of my money back which I am still waiting for also I get to keep the hearing aids to put in a cupboard and collect dust because they aren’t any good to me. And after a few weeks I am still waiting. Do not order from this company

I am afraid this is a scam and if you are proposing to purchase please don,t. I have lost over £100 to these fraudsters.Others commenting have had a similar experience but in my case I was sent two pairs and charged for both. I have attempted to seek compensation throgh my credit card company without success.. Any refund is less £35 (supposed sanitation)although one pair was in a box and enclosed in cellophane. The return address quoted on the parcel label has nothing to do with this company, there is no phone contact and you are dealing with AI. Speaks well of facebook that the advertising still continues. If you have been unlucky and already purchased you will have heard from Susan at Claritypro. I suppose the box on the deask needed a name. It unfortunately adds authenticity. People behind this outfit unfortunatel fit the description of scum of the earth

Really no star!!! Purchased online with the guarantee stated - no hassle no questions asked full refund. Couldnt get the hearing aids to stay in my ears. Advice from email to company stated “ try different ear tips and pulling at my ears to get them into my ears”. Requested refund. Reply from company suggested more manouvering of my ears and again try different ear tips. Emailed them back stating already tried this and again requested full refund as per advert. Was offered 25%. I refused and repeated my request as before. Was then offered 35%
Again I refused! Finally offered 40%!!! Didnt even bother replying to that!! Convinced I was speaking to AI and not a person. Am going to contact the Advertising Standards Agency regarding their fraudulent refund guarantee!! Ive given up getting my money back but hopefully this review will stop someone else losing their £69 to these fraudsters!!!
