So from the start Robert was kind and helpful all the way. He is listened to my case and gave me the best advice for me personally. I was always kept up to date with what was happening and always given options, there was never any pressure and Robert gave me all the information needed for me to make the right choice on my own. Thankfully with his help I’ve started my journey towards being debt free

I’ve been putting this off thinking I could manage on my own but truth was I was making myself ill with the stress of “how am I going to afford to live” if your in this situation please give them a call. Even for an informal chat. I’ve been helped by Paul Davidson and from the word go he put me at ease. He Was sympathetic to my situation and didn’t judge me at all. He’s there on the end of the phone to answer questions and kept in touch with me to make sure I’m ok and genuinely seems to care. He asked me at the end of my first call how do you feel now as I was very upset and by the end of the call I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Paul. I really wish I’d off asked for help sooner but now thanks to MLS I’m finally on the right path.

Talking about my finances has always made me feel uncomfortable, not only this, but needing help with my debt also made me feel embarrassed. William was friendly, non-judgemental and very knowledgeable - all whilst making sure I made the best decision for me. I would be lying if I didn't say he absolutely went above and beyond..

What can I say about my experience with MLS, I would have to say it was the easiest thing I've ever got sorted in a very quick time.
Thanks to Robert McDonald for taking my call and listening to my problems, as soon as I'd explained just how bad things where he went above and beyond to get me the help I desperately needed, after my phone call with the finally person I felt like someone had actually lifted a massive weight off me, I already feel so much better knowing everything is sorted and can be managed a lot easier.
MLS is definitely a company I would recommend to people who need help, as specially if they have more people employed there who are like Robert Mcdonald.

MLS and in particular Lewis, my advisor, have been incredible from the start. Put me at ease from the off, made it very easy to communicate via WhatsApp and over phone calls and always there to answer my questions no matter what time of day. Explained everything perfectly and made it very easy to understand and find the right solution for my debt management. Guided me every step of the way, but all at my own pace and made sure I've had all available information to make an informed choice on the best solution for me and my situation. I would highly recommend them and I cant thank Lewis enough for the help and support he has given throughout this process. It can be a very stressful experience but im glad to say Lewis made it extremely easy and stress free.

I cannot recommend MLS enough. Michael and Ross have been so so helpful, empathetic and human throughout the whole experience. Michael has guided me from day 1, answered the same questions 100 times, explained everything and supported me throughout the whole process. I cannot stress enough how much this will change my life and help me get on a straight road again. Financially but most importantly mentally. I opened up to Michael and told him how my situation has impacted me mentally and he was very understanding and helpful. I didn’t even know this service was out there and available to me, it kind of just ‘fell in my lap’ as cliche as it sounds.
