Product lovely, very poor customer service
I bought some wallpaper in October. Within a day I received an email saying it was out for delivery. After a couple of weeks, it hadn’t arrived so I emailed customer service. I was told it was out of stock and had to be printed. When I mentioned, the email stating it was out for delivery, I was told, they had emailed me at the time, but they hadn’t put the correct email address down, so I’d not received it! They did apologise and kept me up to date as to when it would arrive.
I was really pleased when it arrived and was very happy with the paper. It is a very good quality and hung really well.
In December I returned the 2 spare rolls not used. According to the website, refunds are authorised within 3-5days of receipt of goods. They received it on the 09th December. As I hadn’t received the refund, I rang them on the 05th January. I was told they would process it on the next day. I was told refunds normally take 3-5 weeks, this isn’t what it says on the website! Friday, I received an email apologising for the delay as it had been a busy week. It said I should get my refund in 3-5 working days! I still haven’t received it. I think it’s such a shame about the poor service. The products are really lovely, however I won’t be using them again.
