We take this allegation very seriously. Claim‑Smart does not authorise anyone to misrepresent their identity or claim to be another company when contacting customers.

Please email info@claim-smart.co.uk with your full name, any claim reference, the telephone number that contacted you, and the approximate date and time of the call. If possible, please also include copies of any messages or lender correspondence you received.

This will allow us to identify the account, investigate the source of the contact and review how any claim was submitted.

Thank you for raising this. PK Law does not represent Claim‑Smart, and we have no association with them. Please do not sign any documents, upload identification or follow links sent by PK Law or any other solicitor claiming to act for us.

Claim‑Smart will never contact you to say that compensation is waiting to be released through another company or law firm.

If you are uncomfortable uploading your identification through the portal, please email us directly at info@claim-smart.co.uk. We will verify your account and contact you by email to explain what information is required and how it can be provided safely.

Please also forward details of the calls, messages and links you have received so that we can investigate them.
