They are governed by a gang of perverts. Someone doesn’t like your save content, they report you and ban you indiscriminately. They don't write reasons. When you write to support they don't answer.

Signed up and paid for a membership a few days. Went well at first, then instant ban with no warning. After inquiring a response came that I "violated policies" even though art that violates "those policies" is all over the site.

I guess they haven't gotten around to scamming the other uploaders and stealing their money yet. Don't bother, all they want is to steal your money.

The moderators victim shame, they allow you to downvote models and they allow the owner of the model to know who it is that has downvoted the model. I've been abused by several owners of models after downvoting them. One began harassing me by laughing at everything I created and uploaded. Another has named me and accused me of harassing him. I've complained to the moderators and the moderators just admonish you for 'abusing' the voting system. WHAT? In other words you are silenced both by users and moderators for using their review sysytem. If there are any issues you are blamed for it by the moderators. Because in their eyes "you asked for it"! Shocking behaviour! DO NOT use their site. DO NOT give them any money! They are crooks!

This thing that is most shocking is the last person to abuse me on this site by naming me on his models as 'harrassing him' is glorifying serial killers and convicted killers. Yet in the moderators eyes, I'm the one causing the problems by 'abusing' their review system by giving my honest opinion! I shouldn't be afraid to use their review system. This is not the actions of a civilised company! They are CROOKS!

I finally got a reply back from my complaint to CivitAI and they say that they beleive that I abused their review system. They have no evidence to know why I thought this persons loras were total crap but they still 'believe' I've abused their voting system. They really couldn't give stuff about how customers feel about them. What does this say about how professional they are? It show to me that they're a bunch of children running this company and they're going nowhere! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They're doomed to fail with this 'F*** You' attitude from their customer service team. Remember they're coming down on the side of a guy that promotes serial killers and thinks nothing of telling everyone he's doing it to annoy other users. That's lovely behaviour. What company supports self confessed Trolls?!

Dont waste your money on this Company they Will scam you out of money and Block you while you waste your money and there is no support response at all. 2 x Blocks in Less than a week and I am new to the site. A highly dangerous website that condones the production of fraudulent, artificial-intelligence generated images intended to appear as real images, which can be used for deeply deceptive and fraudulent purposes. Generated images have zero features identifying them as AI-generated, and the website is complicit in image fraud. Furthermore, they were dropped in December 2023 by their cloud computing provider after reports of possible CSAM (child s***** abuse material).

This is a website that, without exaggeration, poses a serious risk to everyone in the online community.
