The courier could not do enough to help!
Amazing! The courier (NH42) could not be more helpful. The fact that he was lifting huge long lengths of decking and wood all on his own (which I would’ve expected to have been a two man job) was very impressive.
He was courteous, professional, extremely helpful and very friendly. This is the kind of person you keep and reward accordingly!

10/10 delivery - driver took the time to put 9 bags of Sand (>200kg!) from Wickes in my outdoor bin shed (safe delivery space) when I wasn't home :)

Driver was very friendly and smiley
Driver NH42 was very friendly and smiley. We live in a bungalow but it's up 10 steps. The driver was extremely helpful and brought the delivery up to the door. Most couriers will only leave large deliveries kerbside meaning a 76 year old has to bring them up himself. Will definitely use City sprint again.

Driver at a very very good attitude…
Driver had a very good attitude from pulling up at the door to leaving he drove down the drive carried all the bags of stone 15 of them into my back patio stack them up very neatly chatting with me all the time a very pleasant experience well done thank you very much
