City Sound Secondary Glazing Recenzje

We bought secondary glazing for behind old crittall windows from City Sound in Spring last year. They make the old windows look very much smarter from both inside and out.
Our utility bill is 10-15% lower when accounting for changes in prices and warmer/colder winter, but above all the house is cosier.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood, but the effect on sound is clear.
The fitting was speedy and where changes were made there was no problem to do so. We had a problem with a broken rod one year later and it was fixed without any issue under the guarantee.
City Sound's secondary glazing has made a marked improvement to our comfort. No more condensation!!

With a bus stop outside it used to sound like they pulled up in my living room. City Sound installed secondary glazing for me and it’s made a world of difference. I barely register when sirens go by now. Amazing value, super professional, friendly install team and Ryan especially went above and beyond.

I couldnt been more thrilled with the secondary glazing!! The difference it has made to street noise - even cancelling out Ambulances sirens is amazing. I spent a good amount of time with Ryan at City Sound going through best options and there team literally came out within two days to provide a quote. The installers were super helpful, even put my blinds back up. I highly recommend this company and would recommend to anyone to get secondary glazing (using specific noise cancelling materials) if they suffer like I did with road noise. Thank you City Sound!

Very happy with their products (secondary glazing). Reasonably priced compared to competitors. Friendly and flexible service. Highly recommend.

Quote, measure up meeting and installation all very straight forward.

The secondary glazing looks good. It also really reduces noise from nearby traffic. Massive improvement.

The result is absolutely remarkable! I liked that you can barely see the secondary window and that it was done really quickly with no mess at all.

Very highly recommended. I had secondary glazing put in throughout my house. The difference both in terms of sound and heat retention is like night & day! From start to finish Daniel and the team at City Sound were professional, helpful, responsive and super efficient. Quick lead times and all work done very quickly. The quality of the materials used was excellent too. Thanks so much to all the team!

Great work...
It's made a big difference in warmth and noise .
The powder coated colour makes them look so stylish in the flat.
We love the way they slide so smoothly.
Good communication was had through out the job.
Thanks to all the fitters

City Sound Secondary Glazing Company surpassed my expectations with their exceptional work and professionalism.

From the first point of contact to the final installation, their professionalism and commitment to providing the best service were evident at every stage.

When I initially reached out to them for advice on secondary glazing options, the team was incredibly knowledgeable and offered valuable insights. Their expertise helped me make an informed decision on the best options for my property.
I highly recommend them to anyone in need of secondary glazing services.
They are a trustworthy company that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Very professional, right from first engagement to quotation and then the work itself. Punctual and good quality of work. The secondary glazing itself has done exactly what I wanted - made the room quieter and warmer.

Windows themselves are great. Very discrete and effective. Fitters were professional, friendly and amazingly tidy. They went above and beyond. Even filled in some extra spaces around the windows.

Good communication from the team in the office. Quick lead-in time. Guys very tidy and efficient whilst installing the secondary glazing, and the results are amazing - so much quieter! They look good too. Highly recommend City Sound.

We had secondary glazing fitted to the windows of our listed house. Service was exceptional and the carefully measured and constructed units are very effective in cutting down the noise from the busy road in front of our house. The three guys who fitted them were punctual, pleasant and polite going to great lengths to solve problems caused by our blinds and thick curtain poles (they built and painted spacer blocks). They worked tirelessly for five hours and left everything clean and tidied.

City Sound were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and set out the options available. The sales and install teams were equally as helpful, moving the install date to a time and date that suited me. Thanks again.

Our flat is on a busy road and traffic noise was an issue. We had secondary glazing fitted to four large windows and are delighted with the results. The glazing is very unobtrusive and has reduced noise to an absolute minimum. Would recommend.

City Sound installed secondary glazing for three large sash windows (two are floor to ceiling). The secondary window construct and fit is high quality and the fitters (three) were very considerate and efficient when working in small space, working quickly and quietly. They consulted in detail on the options for reinstallation of the blinds and did a great job. The end result looks really good and it is much quieter!

Had secondary glazing fitted to two windows to reduce traffic noise from outside. Both units work extremely well. They are well made and should last for years. We are very happy with the service provided by City Sound. It's the second time we have used them.

Great experience! Would recommend

I live on a busy street. Over the last few months, we woke up multiple times per night from ambulances or motor bikes.

I looked at multiple companies and City Sound came out as the most competitive quote, and was able to complete the work in a number of weeks, whereas with other companies we were talking 3 months+ at least.

The process was very straightforward, we had a visit by a member of the team who gave us a few options. Three weeks later the assembly team completed the installation. It's clean, you hardly notice the windows, and the sound is amazing. The team cleaned up thoroughly after they left and made sure I was 100% satisfied.

There's still some noise polution from the walls, but we can sleep through the night and it has really made such a difference to the quality of life.

Again, would recommend these guys!

I just wanted to say, thank you so much for the window - absolutely amazing. Incredible workmanship, complete effectiveness and I was so impressed with the installers. All round an amazing job.
