I absolutely love our new chaise sofa and armchair, the teal blue colour and velvet material are gorgeous. It only took a week to be delivered and Shaun and Dave the delivery guys were great - really quick, friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Customer service was fantastic when I called to get an update on our order, and the delivery guys Shaun and Dave were brilliant. Great communication, service with a smile and clearly just take their job (and good customer rapport) seriously. 10/10

Amazing delivery service! I live in a basement flat and despite it being a bit tricky to get in they went above and beyond and even set up the sofa and placed it in the living room. Thank you so much, I don’t think any other delivery service would have gone this extra mile

Dave and Shaun were absolutely brilliant delivery drivers. They work exceptionally hard and made sure my sofas were delivered on the day intended despite traffic and despite a gruelling day making multiple deliveries across the country. They brought the sofas up to my living room on the first floor and assembled them for me very quickly. They were very polite and professional. The 3 seater sofa unfortunately would not get up the stairs, so they arranged for a 2 seater in its place and brought it 2 days later. The sofas are really lovely and comfy and have transformed my room. Thank you so much Dave and Shaun you are the best!

Although delayed by a day the sofa was delivered all fine the next day. Dave and Shaun were very polite and quickly sorted out the best way in.

Very happy with my sofa for the price. The colour is great, the seats are comfy, and the cushions are squishy. Delivery was excellent, from the speed to the communication received. One star deducted only because one of the cushions had some dirt on it, and there was a small scuff on the arm. Overall very happy, however.

Dave and Shaun are fantastic, we cannot fault them for their dedication and commitment to customer service. Two very helpful gents who couldn’t be nicer.

I loved my posh gold 4 seater chaise. It is absolutely gorgeous, great communication from the team at Citysofa. I found that using the online form to communicate with them was much faster. Kate responded within mins of me asking a questions. Shaun and Dave who delivered were super awesome and did such a great job carefully delivering my sofa. I was so chuffed with the colour and quality. I will definitely recommend Citysofa.

Easy to order, received a message from the lovely Kate straight away asking when I would like the sofa delivered. Communication was great all the way through, Kate answered all my questions and I received a confirmation call from the delivery guys (Steve & Dave). Upon delivery both men were great! They done absolutely everything, really polite and even cleaned up the packaging. The sofa is just as you’d expect from photos and really comfortable. Super happy with the purchase. This is the second sofa I’ve bought from citysofa and they are the most comfortable sofas we’ve ever had and at amazing prices. Everyone compliments us on our sofa, they are easily wipeable and pretty much kid and dog proof.
