Completely useless app. It shows things initially, but then the buses turn grey and say ‘Transport UK,’ and they never show up. Totally useless!

Fiabilité d'horaire exécrable, je ne compte plus les fois où je me suis fait planter particulièrement avec des horaires de bus complètement erroné, sans compter les conséquences qui en découlent.
D'autre part vu les perturbations quasi quotidienne sur le réseau ferré, en particulier dans la zone banlieue, la fiabilité des horaires ajustés n'est pas fiable :-(

Got hacked via this app. I don't recommend it. The attacker took 15 GB in one day and another 12Gb the other. Uninstalled and not coming back. Sorry guys, please proof it better or your score is 0 stars. Have a successful week all

Recently Citymapper has not been showing the correct times for the bus and it’s been making me late for work.

Excellent app, works really well in big cities. Not so good for driving, but outstanding for public transport /walking combinations

Doesn’t provide quickest options - terrible app. Used to be reliable. For some reason it doesn’t show the quickest options. There are routes available right next to me, yet it says you need to wait/walk to other stations. Complete shambles of an app.

Does exactly the same as Google Maps. Arrived safely in New York, but left New York with the taxi, as the city mapper had not provided enough information. Would definitely save the time to avoid this kind of map. Main train station doesn't even open till 6 am wich is not highlightes in the app. Poor experience with my visit, would recommend to avoid!

Went to the just stop it said next bus in 20 min I walked past it and then 2 minutes later a bus drive by

At one time CM was useful. Now it is a danger to the traveling public, trying to push certain modes of transport. I can no longer trust it for late evening London transport. Just another piece of bs software owned by private equity screwing the general public. Just get out until you improve.

I use the free version and find it invaluable for getting around London and new cities. Couple of minor ux things would love to change but honestly what app doesn't have!

No longer accurate, 3rd time telling me won’t train times with wrong destinations, and on top the tube platform recommended was wrong at airport stations.

Used to be very useful app until mid 2023 and even start of new year 2024, it still is incorrect.

The fact that Google map is more reliable and accurate is ludicrous because it’s more of a road map.

Absolute scam, sold stock through crowd funding and then sold the company for like a 60% loss, absolute shambles and I’m dumb for giving them my money. Complete trash.

They sold the shares to us for 3 times the normal price so they could sell the company for the real price and tell us they will pay 1/3 of what we invested back to us in future payments and stocks we don't want. 66% loss, you read it right!

Citymapper has really gone downhill. It doesn't even work in a user-friendly way now. For example, if I select (say) Bus from the transport modes on the home page, it immediately jumps back to the home page and an intrusive ad appears. I have to select Bus again. (This applies to all transport modes). Have flagged with customer service but as expected have received no response.

Citymapper pass, a huge scam, do not buy it. They keep charging you inside the zones you paid. They do not gave you the money back. They have not customer service. 👎👎🏼👎🏽👎🏾👎🏿WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Best map I've ever used. Very easy and convenient to build routes. Everything is clear and easy to use this app

I’m always trying new app but anyway came back to this app.
And I don’t want to change.

They’ve blocked the bus only & train only options behind a pay wall. Will no longer be using the app, used to rely on this for travel everyday. Will be using Google maps again from now on.

As others have noted, it is really scummy of Citymapper to lock 'bus only' journeys behind a paywall - many people e.g. in wheelchairs and with pushchairs are entirely reliant on buses as they cannot use a lot of the tube stations without step-free access, so this is vile and I would argue actively discriminatory. Considering in this day and age we are supposed to be promoting sustainability and public transport, locking the ability to plan a large proportion of public transport journeys behind a paywall is just ridiculous - perhaps £2.99 is a small sum, but I definitely won't be paying purely on principle.

They've put several features including the audio directions behind a pay wall. Locking a budget conscious route option like "Bus Only" behind a pay wall during the cost of living crisis is bad enough, but putting an accessibility feature like audio directions behind a pay wall is reprehensible.
