He managed all aspects of the sales process, from viewing, to talking to our letting agent, interactions with the buyer and our solicitors, keeping me up to date at all times. He was also very respectful to our tenants during the viewings, which was a priority for us. Dave made the whole process run smoothly and stayed in regular contact until completion.
