-Take the time and find a local business, but you have
to dig deep because the website is misleading,

I ordered sympathy flowers for a family that was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. I didn't get a confirmation that they had been delivered nor did the florist call me back. I had to call them for confirmation and found out they were never delivered and assured me the following day they would be delivered. Well a few days went by, no repsonse, so I emailed them and found out they never delivered to them the following day. I asked that they in good faith, send some flowers and also refund me the money, since it was their mistake.
They said they couldn't do that. I would NEVER USE this florist - EVER!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!

I ordered flowers for a funeral several…

I ordered flowers for a funeral several days in advance. I called the day before to confirm they would be delivered on time. They were never delivered. I have been going back and forth with them for a refund. They keep saying they were delivered. I asked for proof of delivery. They said they do not take pictures of the deliveries. A few minutes later I received a picture of flowers that were nowhere close to what I ordered. They say they were delivered at 2:00 PM, but the funeral was at 11:00 AM. Please do not order anything from these people. We will now have to dispute the charge with the credit card company because they are refusing to issue a refund.

Terrible
Flowers never arrived and I’m waiting on a refund. My elderly mom never received her Mother’s Day flowers.
Do not use. I ordered from a local florist and they brought my mom beautiful flowers the same day.

Mother’s Day flowers have yet to…

Mother’s Day flowers have yet to arrive. I got a message at 9:22 this AM that they were out for delivery. It is now 7:37 PM and nothing has arrived. I left text and voice messages and no response. You decide if you would trust this comp.

TOTAL RIP-OFF

I ordered a large standing spray for a funeral and paid even more for extra flowers, so imagine how I felt when I showed up to the funeral and saw a paltry vase of wilting flowers. I was mortified! It was a flagrant misrepresentation of what was advertised, and I only wish I would've checked the reviews first. I reached out to the company and after haggling, they offered a 50% refund that I actually don't trust I will receive. Therefore, I will fight this with the credit card company because it's the principle of the thing.

Wow🤨🤔😒

They deserve minus one star. It's been over a month since my order was placed I got nothing on my delivery date that was supposed to be for my mother's 90th birthday no response to my queries and no reimbursement for non-delivery. After I sent an email query today I got a response stating that I may get reimbursed at the end of May. I have a feeling I'm out over $91. And, I had to make my own floral arrangement for my mother. City flowers does not deserve any stars. Shame on you!

Ordered flowers for delivery on my…

Ordered flowers for delivery on my Anniversary to my wife. Flowers did not show.
1st email stated they would refund my money and sorry they were behind.
2nd email said sorry refund not pushed through do to an error of there own.
3rd email said flowers were delivered, responded to me as a completely new person and said as good faith they would refund half my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE , THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I wish I would have read these reviews beforehand. This is a fraudulent flowershop. It was for my daughter's 2nd wedding. I just wanted a boutinniere and a bouquet for the bride. There is no one who speaks English. They say it is family owned. it's a joke. after about 10 phone calls they sent my daughter a vase with some flowers in it. This was a disgrace and an embarrassment. it was sent an hour before the ceremony so we didn't have time to get her anything. She had no flowers!!! Just horrible!!!!

This is a fraudulent website

This is a fraudulent website. They say they were charging us $72 for flowers, but they put through three orders for more than $1300! They say they have no record of the transactions. Flowers never deliver. We called and supposedly spoke with management, told them "Glen" served us, - just tried again two weeks later and he's still there! This is theft and they need to be investigated.

I ordered a plant and flower arrangement from cityflowershop.com. The recipient received much less than what I ordered and what was displayed on their website. They didn't even deliver the full order; I had to call them about the missing flower arrangement. If I could attach a photo here, I would. Take my word for it, it's clearly a blatant and egregious display of false advertisement. I've written and spoken to them numerous times and they are anything but helpful. Their website claim of 100% satisfaction guaranteed is just an empty gesture. So, they false advertised twice in one order. They clearly didn't send what I ordered and as a dissatisfied customer, they have made little effort to reconcile, by offering me a $20 refund. I guess this is their modus operandi.

In addition, you cannot find them on Yelp or Google Reviews. My guess is that they are used to getting bad reviews so they closed those opportunities. To match their business ethics, they only show you their five-star reviews and provide horrible business. And lastly, their photos are stock photos; not their own arrangements. The number for them is not directly to the "City Flower Shop." It's merely a toll free number that contracts out to local flower shops.

Bottom line: DO NOT USE their website: cityflowershop.com nor their number: 833-224-9292.

Horrific experience. I paid almost 80 dollars to send flowers to my friend who lives in Louisiana, and this company used a 3rd party (Albertsons grocery store), and got them to send the flowers out to her. So you think you're paying for premium flowers but they're sending out cheap grocery store flowers. The flowers were horrible and were already dying, and looked absolutely nothing like the ones on their website. I wish I could include pictures to give you a laugh. And to top it off they were just dumped on the doorstep of the place that she works. They didn't even have the decency to hand them in at reception.

So obviously I wasn't going to accept these overpriced horrible dying flowers so I requested a refund. They initially told me there was nothing wrong with them and I wouldn't be refunded, so I told them I would have to reclaim it through my credit card then. After arguing back and forwards for several days they finally offered me a $20 discount. Of course I told them that this was entirely unacceptable, and after another day of arguing, and me having to threaten them with bad reviews and action from my credit card company, they very reluctantly refunded my money.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company, I can promise you that you will be disappointed. It's a complete and utter scam. They're taking your money and sending out cheap horrible flowers from a third party!

You've been warned!

Do not use

Do not use. Filled out all the forms in the early morning. Same day delivery for orders before 2p. Received note that my order on hold pending CC approval. Contacted them, what can I do? Answer - nothing just be patient. 5p came and went no response. Please cancel my order sent to the company. Received a note today that the flowers were delivered around 8p and no refund will be issued. Poor customer service and same day does not mean minutes before midnight.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I live 4 states away from my mom, and I ordered flowers on 3/16/26 to be delivered Friday, 3/20. I had to ruin the surprise & ask her to go check if they came. They didn’t. Online it says office is open until 8pm. I called at 5:30pm & they were gone until today (Monday 3/23). I called them this morning and she said that the ordered couldn’t be fulfilled & that it was cancelled on 3/20 by them. She said I should’ve gotten an email, I checked spam & everywhere and there was nothing. I told her I for sure wanted a refund. Took 20 minutes on the phone to finally get that done & I told her it’s really disappointing & that I think morally they should still deliver because my moms surprise was ruined & they didn’t even CONTACT me. Just cancelled it and kept my $. Obviously, she said they wouldn’t deliver them after the refund. Just bad business. My mom is 64 and none of my siblings sent her anything but me, and she never even got it. 0 stars would somehow be too many.

Ordered flower for a birthday the day…

Ordered flower for a birthday the day before. They were never delivered and I was not notified. When I called I was told they had sent an email - which I never received - that due to high demand they were unable to send the requested flowers because they wanted to assure the highest quality. I did not know St Patrick’s day was such a floral holiday. I demanded a refund and told them that perhaps they should limit their ordering capacity. The person on the phone was helpful but clearly reading from a script. Do NOT order from this company.

My experience is similar to other Trust…

My experience is similar to other Trust Pilot reviewers. I ordered flowers and they were never delivered. When I tried to request an update on my order I was forwarded to voicemail multiple times. I’ve opened a fraud inquiry with my bank to have the charge reversed. Avoid this company at all costs.

Completely sent the wrong flower…

Completely sent the wrong flower arrangement and surprised my wife (who was out of town and sick) with a plant to grow outside. Well, that ruined the surprise and they told me they would call me back 3 times to make it right. They then proceeded to call my wife and make a sick woman take the flowers down to the hotel lobby in order to exchange for hers.

They never called me back, never refunded, never discounted. Nothing except charging me full price to ruin a surprise and ask my sick wife to help fix it.

Valentines Purchase Gone Wrong

I had purchased a bouquet for my wife 3 days prior to Valentine’s Day. I had the delivery day set to the Friday before to ensure my wife received the flowers in time for the holiday. Well the day came and went and no delivery. I reached out to the company and they stated that the flowers were delivered.i did my on sleuthing to I find out that they did deliver but to another house a half mile away from mine on the same road but a completely different house number. When I reached out to the company they refused to accept that they made a mistake a would not refund my money as they said that it was complete.

I highly recommend you do not use this service.
