Always have such a pleasant experience staying in the GoNative apartments in Hyde Park and always book through Citybase Apartments as they are so helpful! Really hard to find kind people to book over the phone with in the modern day, but Citybase always deliver!

Apartment not available ...
I wished to book an apartment in Central London for a week in May 2017. The apartment that I sought wasn't available. Very shortly, I was offered an alternative, which I reserved. The whole process was seamless and satisfactory.

Not a good experience
Graeme called me after my initial enquiry to advise that my original choice was not available. He then offered me a deal at another apartment, which I was very pleased about, as I had stayed there before. I gave my details for payment only to receive another call to advise he had made a mistake and would require another £70.00. I declined the offer. For a first experience it was unacceptable and very unprofessional. You never get a second chance to make a first impression!

Brilliant service! The options were easily broken down so it was no problem choosing which serviced apartment would be best. The rates are just as good as if you go direct so there is no worry about additional fees etc... Citybase made this a very easy process and will definitely be using again!

Citybase has been my company's go-to for European travel. They are extremely accommodating, offer cozy apartments at a competitive price, and provide excellent customer service that immediately addresses any of my concerns. My colleagues are often on the road for up to 2 months at a time so accommodations that feel like home are a must for us!
