Within 30 mins, I had an apartment
The whole booking process was very simple. Sarah , who helped me was very efficient and had a friendly manner. I will definitely use them again.

I dealt with Jenny and she was amazing; really delivered on my needs and her post booking attention is great. Haven't actually used the apartment yet but am looking forward to an experience to match the one so far.

I organised an apartment in Toronto for six weeks through Citybase apartment. My main contact at Citybase was Jane who offered fast and professional help with getting my apartment booked. Throughout my stay I received regular information regarding my stay and all of my requests which I raised were all actioned within 24 hours. Again, thanks for all your help in making my stay a pleasent and easy one!

I did not have to wait on the telephone for an answer. Efficient and
pleasant. I was impressed the way the booking was handled.
