one thing we love about circlehash is their super user friendly mining software. the interface is clean, easy to use or navigate and it doesnt overwhelm you with extra stuff. we can easily manage the settings, view logs, track the miner status and track wallet activity all in one place. It really makes a daily tasks a lot easier for our backened crew!

I ordered a bitaxe because on their website it took 2 weeks of me emailing them after I paid the agreed $97 and even clicked shipping and then they finally came back after 2 weeks and said I have to pay another $50 for shipping and handling even after their website says no hidden fees. Thankfully I only got scammed out of $97. STAY AWAY.

Note: Circlehash LLC operate under a trade name 'Oneminers'. Am posting this review for both names.

I honestly can't believe what I experienced with this company, so I’m putting everything here for others to see.

I emailed Oneminers to cancel order #13830 before it shipped and request a refund, $27,092.90. They refused the refund request, citing a “Hosting and Performance Agreement” that I had never heard of. When I looked up the contract on their website, it clearly required signatures from both parties. Since no signed agreement exists, I again asked for a refund. They didn't reply.

It got stranger. The next day their CEO, Michal Beno, called me. Instead of addressing the unsigned contract, he switched to a totally different explanation: because it was a 'futures' order (the miners aren't available until 2026 March), they couldn’t refund me. When I asked him where it said the order was non-refundable, he provided no answer, he simply repeated his explanation. I asked him to put his explanation in writing, he never followed up.

I checked consumer-protection and contract laws in California (where I am), Texas (their listed location), the EU, and the Czech Republic (Oneminers' main location). I couldn’t see how their explanation fit with anything I read.

For example, from my understanding, California Civil Code §1550 says a contract requires the consent of both parties, and Civil Code §1671 describes how any non-refundable deposit terms need to be clearly agreed to in writing.

I sent Oneminers a final email giving them another chance to respond. No reply. Nothing.

I've collected all relevant documents (webpages and documents from their website, emails, call log, including every step of the buying process), and have begun preparing reports to:
- FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
- California Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division
- Texas Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Policie České republiky – Cybercrime Division
- European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net)
- Europol (EC3)

I am also preparing a civil lawsuit in the California Superior Court.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

Absolutely not recommended. At first, everything was fine now they don't pay anything out anymore and take all the full energy costs from you. I requested my miner but they won't release it. Never again!!!

We discovered Circlehash through the Bitcointalk forum while setting up our small-scale crypto mining hosting brand. Their platform has been a huge help in streamlining our operations from onboarding to customer dashboard intergration.

Their team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the process.

I do not recommend the company: I have not received a refund until today after withdrawing from the contract, and I paid 2432 Eur for aleo AEO 50MH/s (which I did not receive on time).

So far I've made 3 purchases and now own 6 antminers hashing for 2 months so far. Hash rates have been accurate, if not a little under, UI is slick, simple to use. Up time from purchase to hashing was 13 days for 1 purchase, the other 2 purchases I took the 'premium' option (add'l 5.5%) and hashing started within 48 hours as promised. I had 1 issue, resolved in under 4 days via email with an entity I'm certain was actually human! Circle hash is LEGIT

I bought a miner with shipping to my adress for 1500 usd. Nothing happened.
After one month they responded, but they do not send the miner to me.
Support is very slow and there was a lot of misunderstanding.
After further emails finally they solved the problem and I received the miner. It works fine. There was one extra problem that I had to pay 100USD extra tax throught DHL which was a surprise.

Multiple companies acting under a single large one. A mobile phone number as a contact address. No further company information. Outside some feedback form and email unreachable. Let me ask you, would you trust such a company? I did, maybe investigate better in the future..

I am trying to do business with them, but responses are slow.

If they want me to change this review in a positive direction, I want sincere apologies and some money back and put my miners in production!

Update:

At last the miners were deployed and working. Not performing as stated, but they are delivered and indeed generating some revenue.
So I upped the review a little. Communication is going better. Let's consider it a Christmas holiday situation.

I've been Circlehash hosting for couple months now, and here's my experience. If you want in depth review, scroll down but here is the
TL;DR: Hosting experience is okay, but don't expect to be able to change the pools of your miners to any of your choosing and don't expect to get any support unless you are willing to pay. Shipping and Pickup experience, maybe not so great? (judging from the other reveiws)

-The dashboard is great. There are "New" and "Used" miners available for purchase. On checkout, you get to choose what type of delivery option you want: Hosting/Shipping and Pickup
-There are 6 hosting locations to pick (Finland, Norway, Ethiopia, USA, Dubai and Czech Republic). Each one have different kWh rates with Dubai and Ethiopia being the cheapest at 0.057.
-Once the payment has been processed, it takes roughly 1 week for the miner to be deployed to your account.
-Miner dashboard has "almost" everything:
*Real time/Average Hashrate
*Rejection Rate
*Earnings and Fees
*Temps and Fan speed
With options to shut it down, restart and change the pool settings. The only downside is there are only 3 pools you can choose from (3 most popular) and you can't add a new one. There is also an option change the location or put the miner for sale again, which goes to the "Used" miners market. I don't know how's the repair process, since all my miners are okay, fingers crossed it stays like that
-There is a wallet to your account with BTC, Kaspa, Alephium and USDT (used for energy fees)
-Miner rewards are deposited daily, although I had some delays that took couple of days to receive my rewards.
-You can convert any existing balance to another, but you also need to keep the USDT positive or at least with enough to cover the fees for every day.
-If the USDT balance goes negative from the energy fees, it will convert any remaining balance from the other coins on that wallet to compensate for your miner energy fees
-You can withdrawal your rewards to a BTC/Kaspa address or directly to a bank, but there are some caveats: For BTC the minimum withdrawal is 0.001 or 100USD at the time of this review, however the fee for that reaches up to 20-25USD, which is insane. Luckily Kaspa has a minimum of 5 KAS with almost no fee.
-it takes roughly 24 hours for any withdrawal request to be processed

-Now to the only negative thing I have about Circlehash, and it's pretty important: The support. In short, it's almost non-existent. I've had issues with my payments and miners and tried to reach their support at the 2 emails provided (info and support), I've sent multiple emails but to this day I still haven't gotten a single reply. Luckily for me, the issues were resolved eventually, but I doubt it was from my emails
I've managed to get in touch only 2 times by doing a Feedback/Report a bug section on the website. The support addressed the issue, which was an inquiry about delayed rewards, however once I asked what happened with my preivous emails that I sent, I basically got ghosted
There is also an option for premium support, which you need to pay 20EU to book a session with the CEO and I find this quite funny why does it even exist when normal support barely works.

Made a purchase, waited weeks and weeks and weeks to get a single response from them. Once my “miner” was online it makes money but I can’t transfer it out. Then you have to pay “energy fees” but you don’t have control over your money. Sent countless emails and messages. Sent messages on their website, their Facebook. NO RESPONSE. Scam!!!

Bad prices, bad customer support, bad income. Have bought 3 miners. Already sold 1 back after a week, because the income was just straightup terrible compared what you earn with a miner at home. Also the last 3 days no income recieved due to downtime... Really bad. I highly recommend to avoid this company

they are scamming you. My orders never arrived, and they ignore my calls and turn in circles when I email them.

I ordered a miner via Iceriver.eu, they did not delivered as they should. After forcing them to send out or refund they gave (lend) me this miner on circlehash - and told me i will receive the hardware within 6 Month. - Now it is more than 9 Month ago. The electricity cost is higher than the reward so i asked them to turn off and send the Hardware to my home (which was the reular plan because of a big solarplant we do not have any electricity cost in here)

Now it is the 3rd Mail within 2 month....without any respond, just ignoring me... thats pissing me off.
