Circl is awesome! You learn skills that don't just make you a better leader, but a better human. I've met and worked with pros and other future leaders, now being able to boost my network in a meaningful way. The "Leader as Coach" course was a smooth and engaging journey. Session by session you learn and start practicing the coaching skills getting familiar with them in a natural and effective way. A good professional and human experience.

I recently had the pleasure of participating in the Circl coaching program, and I must say, it has been a transformative experience. This program is designed to nurture underrepresented future leaders, and it truly delivers on its promise.
From the very beginning, the program established a solid foundation through effective contracting. The framework fostered open communication and trust, allowing both the coach and coachee to engage deeply in meaningful discussions.

Amazing Training Provider! Cannot recommend enough!
I participated in this years Joblogic cohort and really learnt so much about myself, coaching and leadership. The 1-1 sessions and group sessions equipped me with the right skills to coach others, navigate my own goals and be an active listener. The delivery and facilitation of the events was phenomenal and the quality of the sessions was fantastic. I always felt heard and comfortable and was able to ask any questions I had. Certainly an experience I will not forget, a huge thank you to the team for organising such a programme.
