Arrived at the Corby site for a 1pm appointment,greeted by a friendly staff member who directed us to the reception desk. Our sales adviser was Max and whilst we were waiting for our allocated time another member of staff invited us to go and look around the car we were interested in. Max explained everything in detail and took us for a good test drive with me driving.My wife and I were absolutely delighted with our purchase and Max helped us every step of the way.

I bought a car online and had a delivery confirmed for 16/07/26. I received a phone call the day before that it would not be able to be delivered as it has “missed the truck”.

They advised the earliest delivery would be 22/07/26 despite me already telling them that is too late as we were using the car for a road trip and leaving on that same date and it would need to be delivered earlier.
They advised it cannot be delivered earlier and asked if I would be able to collect instead. It is a 3 hour train journey away but I confirmed if I could have the delivery fee refunded I would reluctantly agree to collect it. They confirmed my collection slot at Corby as 1-2pm 18/07/26.

I arrived 12.50pm. After 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting I was told the car is not at Corby and instead it is at Camberley.
I showed the emails confirming it should be at Corby as originally advised. The staff did not know what to do and said they could only apologise and I should call customer services… which is not open until Monday 20/07/26.

I have paid £14,200 in full for a car that was supposed to be delivered… instead after annoyingly agreeing to collect it, leaving home 9.45am and finally returning home at 6pm via train without the car I paid for, to stay I am upset is a *slight* understatement.

I have emailed customer services asking for a full refund and a reimbursement of my £250 train tickets so I can buy a car elsewhere for our road trip. I await their response and I won’t use Cinch again.

Straight forward seamless deal friendly service at derby

They process was so easy and the delivery and transfer were exceptional. Richie who dropped my new car and collected my old one was so friendly, clear and efficient. Would definitely recommend Cinch for the whole process but would have recommended on the experience with Richie in itself.

Very good service from start to finish. I collected my car from Corby. The two guys I had contact with there were excellent, very polite and helpful. The only gripe I had was that the hybrid battery wasn’t charged and the petrol tank was less than 10% full. I had to refill on the way home.

Our first experience of using Cinch was very well managed, instructions were clear, trade-in value for our old car was as expected from a motor dealer and the delivery driver went way beyond expectations to ensure our new car was delivered within the stated time window.
The handover was quick and efficient.
Our new car was exactly as described on thier website and we are delighted with it.
We would definitely use Cinch again.

Quick and easy!

Staff were great, I had an issue with an oil light when I first started the car. It was taken to the workshop and they discovered a small oil leak which was fixed there and then. Great service!

Today we received a delivery from Robert from cinch of our new Hyundai Tucson. We couldn’t be happier and the delivery process was so easy. Robert was friendly helpful and informative and offered us support with anything we needed. Thanks so much!

Easy to buy but nerve-wracking paying large cash payments online for something untried. Not for the feint-hearted. Coupled with the 14 day returns guarantee and the fact I was allowed to split payment methods helped though to benefit from credit card protections. The delivery was good (a bit expensive) but the delay between paying and actually having the car seemed long. All in all it was a cinch though.

Very straightforward transaction staff very helpfull when problem transfering the amount . Car arrived on time as arranged clean tidy I have now received record of recent MOT. by email .. All instructions etc by email were explained and clear.
Very satisfied with the company and so pleased with my new car .
