Usually this place is really good but service this past Saturday Apr 18 was horrible. Packed restaurant. 10 minute wait to be seated. 20 minute wait for a drink order. Normal wait for food. 20 minute wait for check. Grossly understaffed with many large groups, I counted one bartender, a host and three servers and 3 empty tables in what is a 30 to 40 table establishment. Left a complaint with their email and 2 responses. They wanted a receipt. I didn't keep one. Wanted me to send the location I sent in the first email because customer support was too lazy to read down the thread. The usual runaround to get you to go away. This online customer support has turned into complete garbage destroying any loyalty to the company from the customer.
So far this year I've wasted 16 hours with Virgin simply trying to buy a plan. 8 hours with OnStar trying to buy a navigation plan my salesperson and manual said was included in the package. 40 hours with an online casino trying to get a refund after the games wouldn't load after I paid for them. Insisted I had to play until my money was gone even though I couldn't play.
The general population will be much happier once this useless form of customer support industry goes to AI. Private businesses using this type of support will never get my business again if I get this and utilities that you can't avoid will get no loyalty because they are the absolute worst at supplying meaningful support.
After the third day of being asked the same questions it's become the don't have any customer support the. Just a bot on perpetual repeat or, possibly a parrot that can type.
