Purchased a seiko watch few weeks past and I had the watch looked at by a professional who assured me that the watch’s are fake. The quality of the strap, the screws used, the workmanship on the watch along with the engraving on the back

The watch had wrong customisations. ive sent it back. The money and the watch are gone and the seller doesn’t answer

Versand dauert ewig weil aus China geliefert wird. Die Qualität der Uhr ist okay, jedoch wurde mir kein Werkzeug wie versprochen geliefert um die Uhr kleiner zu machen. Wenn man Wochen lang wartet und die Uhr dann noch woanders anpassen lassen muss ist es wirklich sehr ärgerlich.

Wanted to issue a return and tried to contact in every possible manner. All my attempts were simply ignored.

Das Versandsystem ist eine Vollkatastrophe und sollte dringend überarbeitet werden! Ich habe am 8.10. bestellt und meine Bestellung erst jetzt erhalten. Die Produkte haben eine gute Qualität für den Preis und die Verstellung ist relativ selbsterklärend. Verpackung lässt finde ich auch zu wünschen übrig da ich mir durch die eng anliegende Folie (Die man nur mit einer Schere entfernen kann) schon den ersten Kratzer in das Armband gemacht habe. Total ärgerlich wenn man die Uhr gerade bekommen hat und schon mehr als einen Monat drauf gewartet hat. Der Support hat am Anfang sehr kulant auf meine Anfragen reagiert jedoch bei den Versandproblemen sich nicht mehr gemeldet und dann erst wieder nach einer Problemmeldung über Paypal wieder geantwortet.

Beautiful watch…the wait wasn't long and was delivered on time…the engraving done on the watch was perfect…gave me an instant reply whenever i had any queries…was very helpful during the entire process the watch the finishing the style and the honesty and service was top notch…will definitely be back for more!!!

I received my watch on September 23, 2024. Next day the watch started running with interruptions. I reached out to the company and was offered to return the watch for a diagnostics. Based on the diagnostics, the mechanism was replaced in full. The problem was solved very quickly and the watch was sent back to me. The communication and customer services were great. Thank you for a good job! I’m satisfied with your product and service!

I am a returning customer. This time, I purchased the Sub-zero Yachter model with a request to replace the dial with 'Hokusai's Great Wave'. I was ecstatic when it came. Wonderful piece. It is definitely a conversation starter. I love the rotating bezel too! Nice work!
