I had an excellent experience purchasing a watch through Chrono24. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding—clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish. The watch was dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly, exceeding my expectations.

Everything was handled smoothly, and I felt informed and reassured at every stage of the purchase. The watch arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition.

Very quick service

I’ve written to you three times and you’ve not replied to me regarding a fault. I’ve had contact with the retailer but none from yourselves.

The watch that I bought was not as advertised and in fact clearly not the same piece that was shown in the photos on the website. The watch was advertised as “mint” condition but the one that was actually delivered to me was by far from that. The battery in the watch is faulty and will need to be replaced, also the clasp has so much play in it it feels like it could fail at any moment. Because I purchased it from HongKong I had to pay customst and import duty which added a further £186.30 to the cost of the watch. This sum is non refundable so I decided to keep the watch. As this is a present for me stepson I have had the watch sent to Omega for a quote to sort out the issues with the watch and this is £893.00 to replace the battery, Service the watch and replace the clasp. This is more than the cost of the watch. I’m really disappointed. This is the first time I’ve used this site to purchase a watch and would definitely not do so again. The bezel of the watch delivered has scratches that are clearly not in the photos of the watch on the website, the one I was buying, I thought. Unfortunately the whole experience has cost me double what it should have but I guess what a watch of this style and model would cost for a mint condition example. Buyer beware!

Great sale to delivery service, great pricing and authentic product, particularly for a watch that is no longer generally available on the brand and most retail platforms.

Chrono24 has a great customer service department where every one speaks english and are all competent and helpful and they respond to each single message you send them. It's a really good customer service that is a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Chrono24 to preowned wristwatch buyers. They are reputable. The payment system gives buyers additional security. Believe trustworhiness is the most important in buying preowned wristwatch. Certainly, there is always a risk in buying something preowned. I buy a Bvlgari from a Japanese dealer through Chrono24. The price + shipping + VAT match the local price, but I have many choices.

I just got home from traveling and USPS did not leave a notice that they attempted to deliver my lights while I was out of town. I never would have known they were waiting for me at the post office if he hadn't followed up with me via email to let me know that the delivery had been attempted. I currently have my lights in hand and they are beautiful!!

Easy and simple process for searching and choosing the watch I wanted. I was kept updated on the whole process from purchase through to delivery. No issues or heartburns. Will use again in future if necessary.

I experienced some issues with the watch itself, after receipt. Although I was able to reach out to the seller, finding out what kind of support I would be eligible for from Chrono24 was a little opaque.
