Package showed up wet and late!
Package showed up wet, soggy, and a week late! UPS also left it on the roadside in a bush. No one was going to see it except a biker came by and saw it. It was posted as delivered but no photo was taken and why they would deliver perishable food goods a week later is unacceptable.

We're sorry the package arrived in poor condition and well past its expected delivery date — that's not the experience we want for anyone.
To share a bit of context: once this issue came to our attention, we were in contact with you throughout and issued a full refund promptly. We also contacted UPS directly and requested the package be destroyed rather than delivered — unfortunately that instruction wasn't followed on their end.
We take delivery issues seriously, and we appreciate you letting us know.
The food is outstanding
The food is outstanding, excellent quality. The only thing I don't like is the required $39 overnight shipping fee to Florida, but I understand they have concerns about maintaining quality and avoiding liability. It makes it harder for me to order though, because I have to order much larger quantities to make it worthwhile. I'm trying to figure that out.

Moo-ve on up to the quality of chop box
Chop box is best best company to buy from The tenderloin tips are great. I've never been disappointed. End cut N.Y strip is so tender that you can't tell tell that it's a end cut.Prime grade beef worth every cent. But let's not forget the prime ribeye. Out of this world delicious.

I have always had a great experience…
I have always had a great experience with Chop Box. Every time I've ordered the meat is top notch and sooo tasty. I don't buy steak from the grocery store anymore I guess you could say I'm spoiled.

Prime ribeye steaks not prime quality
The ribeye steaks quality was disappointing. The second of three steaks was tough. Not what I expected for prime.

Great but...
My order arrived quickly and frozen as I had hoped. The rack of domestic lamb was beautiful providing generously sized pieces of meat. Unfortunately we didn't care for the taste of the lamb. We had also served a 2nd rack from our local grocery store (also domestic) and enjoyed the taste much more.

It had a terrible odor
It had a terrible odor - extremely bad. I have always had lamb all my life but nothing like that. Would not order again. It was the Colorado Lamb rack. Odor never went away even after cooking. Threw half away.
