After paying the ACTUAL energy provider, setting up service, and receiving a confirmation code, I get a somewhat threatening email from choose texas power saying "action required" with some nonsense from a non repliable email. Enough said.

Made shopping for power extremely easy for me to make a switch to a cheaper provider.

So easy and I am saving money

They seem to very knowledgeable about
the rates.

I had been trying to switch electric companies and Just Energy I was fighting with for 3 days trying to give them money and they could never make it go through and I ended up without electricity for 2days. You guys set me up in like 5 minutes with no deposit and lower kWh and turned on within an hour.

Easy and coherent to use. Made it easy. Will see how it turns out over time.

They're always so very helpful if you have a problem , they haven't fixed within minutes , I couldn't ever think of having another electric company

Easy for switching

The professionalism, knowledge, and the most delightful lady who walked me through the process.

Mike was incredible and knowledgeable!

Don’t love the experience with the company. Almost impossible to understand cost (won’t be what’s advertised kWhs & horrible customer service)

The process was easy, except I did not receive an option to move forward or to select the transfer date.

The PTC would not process my order at the final step and would not tell me where it errored out and directed me to call in. Jacob (PTC Rep) answered my call, but would not address why my order errored out after asking multiple times. He took me through the transfer order process and kept getting my info and plan choices wrong. The list of disclosures to have to listen to and respond to where beyond a beating. Jacob was rude which put me in a sour mood 30mins into the call. On e the order was completed, I was hung up on. Other than that, the experience was great…

Friendly, helpful customer service rep.

Made it easy to compare different companies

Lies. What you quote and sell is incorrect and then it’s hard to get out of the bad contract.

Has to be fake reviews especially the way the company is praised and all within the same reviews. I live in a two bedroom 800 sq apartment and my bill is almost $400. I had the apartments check the unit, individual contractor to look at everything. My unit on purposely stays on 80. I tested everything to see where are they “adding this usage” saying I’m using above 1600 kWh, it’s a lie, it’s fraud.

Everything is off on my apartment. Even when I turn off the beakers, I notice suspicious spikes going up during certain hours, ain’t no way the fridge did that, which is the only thing that was on.

I’m canceling because they outsourced their customer service, these people tried to tell me they’re “only the billing provider” and that Oncor is responsible for everything. Right, we know oncor is fraudulent and charging huge delivery charges. But what is this company doing to stop the fraud committed in Texas residents? Nothing.

I don’t live in Texas. Your company screwed up and put my email on someone else’s account. They were supposed to call me back when they got it straightened out and I have yet to hear anything. In the meantime I am receiving a ton of email from you! Your fraud department was helpful after they finally figured out what happened.

Very easy and simple
