Texas Power Electricity
I had a great experience using Choose Texas Power. I used the site to compare electricity plans available in my area and find the best overall option based on pricing and plan details. The process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated being able to compare different providers in one place instead of searching each company individually. Once I found a plan that worked for me, I was able to quickly access the information I needed to change providers. It made shopping for a better electricity rate much easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend Choose Texas Power to anyone looking to compare electricity providers and find competitive rates in their area.

The absolute worst experience with customer service from TriEagle. I was promised by multiple customer reps on different occasions they would provide service by a given date only to find out later that the information they were giving me was false. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Hi Brent, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced while working with TriEagle Energy regarding your service start date. As a third-party marketplace, Choose Texas Power helps customers compare and enroll in electricity plans, while account and service matters are handled directly by the electricity provider. If there’s anything we can help clarify regarding your enrollment through our marketplace, please reach out to us at powercustomerservice@redventures.com.
Very easy and fast.
