Compared to other similar sites yours doesn't have a usage calculator to input monthly kWh with the different variable prices to see what is the monthly cost.

We offer several tools on site to try to inform users of what they should expect their bill to be, including bill amounts at 500/1000/2000 kWh, a custom usage calculator, and links to electricity facts labels, which provide detailed information about each plan. This site is very easy to use

This site is very easy to use, except for the part where you check to see if service is available. If you want to compare rates and offers, and want to see if some are available, you'll actually be taken to a site to sign up for the service you're researching. I guess that means it's available, but it would be simpler if it just said, "available to you in your area," and then let you choose to sign up.

Saving money is always a plus

Saving money is always a plus, but I did not want to change internet and security systems and felt it was being pushed on me to do so.

I called to change utility services only. Please stop pushing other services to potential customers.
