I’m delighted with the chocolate butterflies and they arrived so quickly, beautifully packaged. I made a mistake when ordering and customer services were brilliant! Thank you all!

Review re order
I have been awaiting email re new stock arriving, which system duly did. Preferred when I could phone and place order. However, online easy enough and delivery prompt.

Good stuff.
Very good quality dark chocolate. Sometimes, melt the bar and mix it with hot milk. To have a mug of hot chocolate drink in the Winter. Keep warm, stay well.

Odpowiedź od Chocolate Trading Company
Thank you for your valued feedback.
We're very sorry that despite our prompt and correctly labelled dispatch of your order, DPD couriers failed to deliver it in a timely manner, due to a miss-sorting that occurred at one of their depots.
It is always very frustrating for us and our customers when events take place completely beyond our control.
Our Customer Services team did speak with the customer, apologising on behalf of DPD, for the delay in their delivery, and discussed solutions if the parcel was delivered too late to be presented.
Kind regards
