Exemplary service as usual at Chloe’s Grooming! Really happy with the treatments my two dogs received. Chloe made special arrangements to accommodate them early in the day before it got too hot. She is incredibly patient, kind, and gentle.
They also had their teeth cleaned and she did a fantastic job. It means a lot to know they are in good hands.
Both dogs came out clean, happy, and smelling wonderful. Highly recommend!"

First Time Visit to Chloe's Dog Grooming
Very reassuring first visit to Chloe's Dog Grooming. Her friendly communication beforehand was refreshing. Chloe allows for a 3hr appointment slot to give time and attention so we didn't feel rushed. My nervous dachshund Otter was happy to stay with Chloe for Hand-stripping, Ear cleaning, Nail trim and first Teeth clean. Chloe's after care service was good. Very happy to recommend her services.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. It was a real pleasure meeting you both and Otter. He is such a sweet young dachshund and took everything in his stride for his first visit. I’m so pleased you appreciated my calm, unhurried approach, as allowing plenty of time helps dogs relax and makes the whole experience much more positive. It was lovely to be able to hand strip him and begin his Emmi-Pet teeth cleaning journey, and I look forward to welcoming you all back for Otter's future grooming and teeth maintenance appointments. Thank you again for your recommendation—it is most appreciated.

The Best Grooming Experience We’ve Had
My dog is usually very wary of being left with new people, but he absolutely loved Chloe! He followed her straight into the grooming salon as if they were long-lost friends. She did a fantastic job – he smells amazing, his shedding is under control, and he seems so much more comfortable in the hot weather. It’s clear he was well cared for, and I’ll definitely be bringing him back. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review. I have to admit, reading that your dog followed me straight into the salon as if we were long-lost friends left me feeling quite emotional. Building trust with dogs, especially when they’re meeting someone new, is one of the most important parts of what I do, so that means the world to me.
I’m delighted that you’re happy with his groom and that he’s feeling more comfortable, cooler, and less bothered by shedding in the warmer weather. He was an absolute pleasure to spend time with, and I loved getting to know him.
Thank you for trusting me with his care and for taking the time to leave such kind words. I hope he has the best time on his holiday next week!
Cockerpoo Daisy…

Thank you so much for your lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure to groom Daisy, especially at 15 years young! Cockerpoos have such wonderful temperaments and are full of personality, which is why I love grooming them so much. Last Christmas I jokingly wished for more Cockerpoos to groom, and now I’m lucky enough to have over 20 regular Cockerpoo clients ranging from just 4 months old to 15 years old like Daisy!
I’m so pleased you were delighted with the results and that Daisy left feeling happy, relaxed, and looking her best. Thank you for trusting me with her care – I look forward to seeing her again soon.

Great with my elderly dog.
My very elderly dog had her first groom with Chloe today. Chloe was very thorough, checked everything with me first, made sure she knew all the needs my dog might have.
My dog came home looking and smelling very shiny, clean and looked after, with her tail wagging.
Booking was easy online and the price was the same as several other groomers ive been to.
Chloe provided us with a loyalty stamp card, recommendation cards and some free treats for my pooch to have on the way home.
A very pleasant and happy experience for us both, will be rebooking very soon!

Thank you so much for your lovely review, it really means a lot to me. I’ve loved seeing Barney come to me since his very first groom as a tiny pup and watching him grow into such a lovely boy. He’s always a pleasure, even with all his bouncy energy! I’m so happy you’re pleased with his coat and that we’ve got everything just how you like it. Give Barney a big cuddle from me, and I look forward to seeing you both again soon! Chloe

I’m really glad your cockapoo felt comfortable during their groom—that’s always my focus, especially with puppies.
I work with a lot of young dogs, so I’m very used to their sweet, excitable nature and tailor each appointment to suit them. I allow plenty of time so they’re never rushed or pressured, helping them feel relaxed and build confidence with the grooming process.
It was lovely to meet you both, and I look forward to helping your pup continue to grow in confidence!

Highly Recommended Groomer & Teeth Cleaner
I had a fantastic experience with Chloes Dog Grooming. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and made both me and my dog feel really welcome from the start.
She listened carefully to what i want wanted and did an excellent job with the groom exactly as requested.
I was especially impressed with the teeth cleaning results - such a thorough and fabulous job.
Aftercare also as excellent, with guidance on what next, frequency etc, and added bonus is that it can all be sorted via the easy to use website.

All round great experience for dog and owner
From booking to being greeted at the gate, it always felt like Jarvis (our 8 year old cocker) was in safe and caring hands. Chloe is calm, friendly and clearly a skilled groomer. Jarvis has come away looking so much tidier and he will certainly be returning.

Chloe provides an excellent service
Chloe provides an excellent service. She is friendly, professional and affordable, and it is clear that she takes a genuine interest in your pet rather than simply treating it as a transaction. Her obvious love for animals makes a real difference, and it creates a calm and reassuring experience. I have already booked my next appointments and would confidently recommend her to others.
