I first emailed this company to make sure the wigs were not coming from China. She lied to me and emailed they would not. Well they did ship from China, took weeks. Pissed me off these are the same defective wigs you can buy on TEMU for $10

Habe 3 Perücken bestellt. Die eine war eine ganz falsche und nicht wie auf dem Bild. Außerdem auch viel zu klein für einen normalen Kopf. Wollte die zurückschicken aber bekomme keine Lösung wo ich das Paket zurückschicken soll. Dann werden Widersprüchliche Aussagen getroffen. Erst muss es ins Ausland und dann plötzlich nicht mehr. Man bekommt keine Lösungen angeboten. BLOß NICHT bei diesem Laden bestellen. Unmöglich wirklich. Hatte noch nie so einen Ärger mit irgendeinem online Shop aus dem Ausland. Geld seh ich wahrscheinlich auch nie wieder..

Bad costumer service. I’m still waiting for somebody to help me. I got my order 5 days ago. I’m not happy with the wigs that I ordered…those wigs are not like the pictures and video that I saw in the website. I need to return them but no body answer my emails.

I purchased 3 wigs. None of them are wearable. It took over 2 months for delivery. Not sure if I can even return them

I wish I read these comments prior to purchase. When I received the wigs I thought it was a joke, the wigs were like something they wear on SNL to make fun of celebs. I couldn't believe it. Writing this so other people do not purchase wigs from this company.

I just wish I had read this page before I purchased. The wig I received bore little resemblance to the photo I ordered from. I am just reiterating what everyone else has said on this forum. I have been in contact with the company requesting a return approval four times and they have responded twice asking for photos and exactly what is wrong with the product, all of which I have supplied. Now they are just not responding. I have lost my money and I do hope no one else will. There must be some way we can make it common knowledge not to purchase from these people.

This company is a scam! Do NOT buy any product from them! If you read below, I had the same experience of receiving what they are calling “wigs”. I was truly horrified! The company is getting away with their unfair business practices and sending out horrible products. After several emails, I did receive the return address to return the wigs as follows: Zhou Kunfeng, No. 4, 1st Floor, Bldg. B, Wanliye, Science & Technology Park, Fuhai St., Baoan District, Shenzhen, China 518103; tel #18046302173. The return address that appears on the packaging is from “Only 3PL Return Warehouse, 18555 Gale Ave., City of Industry, California 91748. A storefront with no real signage. AND the language on the packaging also states “business unrelated 3PL warehouse”). Of course when you go and purchase, it doesn’t tell you if you need or want to return product, you will need to send to China and buy insurance on the package AND you are responsible for the cost. I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and any other agency I can think of. Totally misleading to the consumer.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Complete waste of money. Wig shown in photos is NOT what you will receive. Wrong color, style and CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!! I would not even wear this for Halloween. Going in the TRASH. No customer service, and too expensive to send back. Cannot get a straight answer from anyone there. Return is same price as what I paid for the wig. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

BEWARE! Deserves a "0" Star! Company is a scam!!! I feel like a complete fool buying the 2 BOGO beautiful wigs from this company from an ad that is trending on Pinterest. As soon as I opened the box I was devastated and knew the wigs were pure crap, I mean Halloween would be the only time I would ever let myself wear them. The stitching is so bad I would be embarrassed to leave the house. "After being strung along and 11 emails later from an English name, Ella I finally got the return address, signed by
a Chinese name, Zhou (that's probably a fake name too)! I believe all the reviews are fake on their website and they are using someone else's pictures to trick you!!! Unfortunately, cost to return to shipper is same price I paid for them. This is so messed up that I don't even trust they will give my $ back at this point, so I might as well keep them and save them for Halloween, so disappointed. I will never buy directly from China again.

I lost my hair to cancer and wanted a pretty wig for my wedding in July and got this Halloween costume-looking wig in the mail! I can't believe how cheap and junkie this thing looks. How can they scam cancer patients so bad. Figures it's CHINA crap!

I ordered two wigs. Opened one and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. I ordered 2 of the same wig, different lengths. To obtain the return address has been a nightmare. They state you have to return it within 14 days. They have been giving me the run around via email for 3 weeks now and not giving me the address to return the items. They do not post an address on the website or phone number but they state "Money Back Guarantee". There is no one to speak to on the phone. I saved all my emails and am going to file a complaint with several federal agencies if they do not give me the return address and accept the return. One wig is not even opened and the other one I just opened it and never wore it.

Ich habe eine Perücke die gerade geschnitten, schwarz und mit Kunstkopfhaut sein sollte bestellt. Bekommen habe ich dann eine Perücke die nicht der in dem Video oder der auf der Internetseite entsprach. Sie war einfach nur billig verarbeitet, hat mega geglänzt und hat alles in allem generell wie eine Karnevalsperücke ausgesehen. Einfach nur Fake! Bitte kauft nicht bei diesem Shop!!!

What they advertise and what you receive will be completely different thing don't waste your money you will receive just a mimic junk. All positive reviews are fake. These guys complete fraudsters.

Attention ce sont des escrocs et voleur. Les perruque en photos et vidéos ne sont pas celles envoyés. Celles qu'ont reçois sont des perruques de déguisement jamais tu ne pourras sortir avec dehors car tout le monde va se moquer de toi. C'est honteux.

I have bought 2 wigs that I saw in the video which was trending on Pinterest. They sent me something completely different from the video wig. The front of the wig looked really fake and if I were to wear them i would have got into depression as people would make so much fun of it behind my back. It's really disheartening as delivery costs is very expensive and returning to China is the same price as the product cost. You just stuck with this wig. i cant even put into the ocean and wave good bye forever due to sea life suffering.

Bonjour, j'ai commandée 4 perruques sur leurs site qui était sensé être magnifique et quand je les ai reçues j'étais vraiment déçue c'était ridicule. Je l'ai contacté et leur et montré se que je devais recevoir et se que j'ai reçu et mon dis que c'est parce que je devais prendre soin de ma peruque que je devais la coiffer je leurs ai dis que dans tous les cas elle ne corespond pas. Se n'es pas les bonnes couleurs il n'y a pas dégrader l'épaisseur y a na pas. Il n'y a pas le tule sa fais peruque de deguisement rien avoir avec se que je penser avoir acheter sa fais plus synthétique que naturel. Voilà je me suis bien fais arnaquer je trouve sa hyper degeulasse de vendre des choses sur des images et que tu envoies autre choses. Sa devait être puni c'est des escrocs!
