J’ai commandé des sandales qui, selon l’annonce, était en cuir. Finalement, elles sont en plastique. J’ai demandé un remboursement. Ils ne veulent pas prétextant que le retour serait trop élevé. Ils m’offre un remboursement de 50%. Encore rien reçu!

J'ai reçu une robe qui n'était même pas le modèle commandé. J'ai commander la robe helena le 18 juillet et j'ai reçu une autre robe le 24 août. Livraison très longue et j'ai reçu autre chose que ma commande..... du vrai vol. Ne commander jamais chez Chloe Québec.

I ordered shoes and a dress and look nothing like the picture or description provided.
I request a refund and was told from good gesture l can keep the product and will be refunded.
I have sent numerous emails and been ignored.
They are SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them. @chloedress

This company is a scam. Do not use. I ordered a size 41 shoe and they sent me a 40, and they are being impossible to deal with to return and get a refund. Do not order from them.

Same same same…size 40 shoe equivalent to a size 38! When I requested refund paperwork via email, was twice told to contact between office hours. This company is dodgy.

People, do not buy from this company! I bought a pair of shoes that were of poor quality and sizing so out. Definitely made in China. I requested a refund and it’s been over a month and am still waiting. Do not bother and save your money.

One star because there is no zero-star option. Non-existent after-sales. A very helpful lady at the London boutique tried her best to resolve my issue but centralised customer care got involved and I was told they cannot help, fullstop. I was looking to purchase new nose-pads for a pair of sunglasses (as original nosepads are inscripted with the brand-name.) I understand they may not have any currently, however, being a luxury brand, shouldn't they try to order some and serve their clientelle? What happened to after-sales care? My advice, don't waste your funds with their products, there are plenty of lovely luxury brands out there with sturdier products who also know how to care about their customers.

J’ai commandé une robe et au bout de 20 jours je l’ai enfin reçu. Elle ne me faisait pas et j’ai voulu la retourner et me faire rembourser… ils m’ont offert 30% et ensuite 50% …ils disent que les frais internationaux sont trop élevés. Une compagnie qui ne mérite pas de clients. Archi déçue !! J’espère avoir le remboursement…. J’attends on verra. Cela mérite une plainte officielle à la protection du consommateur

Iv sent numerous emails requesting a refund, only after I left a scathing review did they reply. Accepted return but will not answer my request for return address.
This company is an absolute SCAM, the pair of shoes I received looked like they were sent from Ali Express.

I ordered a pair of shoes which were too small, I went through the refund process which was ‘accepted’ but no funds reimbursed and no information on how to return the shoes. Do not use this company!

I ordered a pair of shoes but decided to cancel the order, I received an email saying it was cancelled and the refund was on its way. No refund no one answering emails dont use this company

Les vêtements reçus ne ressemble pas aux photos. C'est extremement cheap, pas pas la même couleur, pas la même conception, pas les mêmes matériaux. Du très bas de gamme que j'ai payé très cher.
J'attends un retour de leur part pour me faire rembourser. A suivre...

I bough a pair of sandals for my wife, order 39 but in fact it was 37 so, too smal. I try to communicate with Chloe Canada,
On the web site, it is said to return the shoes at- my own expense, ( from Canada to China would cost me almost 45$) it is almost the price of the shoes.

I had a good communication with the seller, i hope it will turn out good.

I wish I had seen this site. I ordered early June but never received my running shoes. Several emails unanswered. I was searching to see if it was a fake company and stumbled upon this site. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau this week if I don’t hear back. It’s important to help protect others. Maybe BBB will follow up with the company.

Produits non expédiés et non remboursés depuis 2 mois !

Arnaque totale produit de piètre qualité pas la bonne matière, pas le même motif que sur le catalogue, retour à mes frais en Asie donc très cher ,malgré la pub retour pendant 30 jours vu le prix je suis dégoûtée et m achèterai plus rien par correspondance

Une vraie arnaque.
Ils induisent volontairement en erreur en s'appelant "Chloé Paris" alors que la production est en Asie...
Veste difforme de très mauvaise qualité, supposée être en cuir "végétal" mais ressemble en fait à du plastique.
Retour possible mais excessivement cher car à réexpédier en Asie.
Une entreprise à dénoncer qui ne respecte pas la législation européenne

Vraiment de l'arnaque. Produits chinois excessivement cher avec des tissus médiocres et de très mauvaises qualité. Aucune tenue et pour être remboursé ça coûte plus cher de le renvoyer en Chine 😱. Ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi.

C’est de l’arnaque, j’ai commandé une longue robe d’été j’ai reçu une robe courte et qui ne ressemble à rien . Avec un tissu en plastique, vraiment c’est de l’arnaque il faut les attaquer pour que les gens ne se font pas arnaqué.
J’ai aussi demandé le remboursement, sans réponse .
