We were very happy with Intertrips. They delivered on their promise.

The Tour guides are all excellent. The hotels fabulous and the country is big and beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again! I rate this a 4 1/2 Stars just missing 5 Stars only because the lunch food was nearly identical every day. If they can mix it up a bit they will be a 5 plus!

Had a great experience with this purchase

We really enjoyed this tour of China and are eager to make another trip there. We arrived a day early and were able to see some great sites on our own, but it was so much easier with the tour. The tour guides were fantastic as were all transfers and excursions. It's a wonderful tour that you should not miss!

I have not yet taken the tour however I did take another tour through ChinaTour and it was quite enjoyable and trouble free. I look forward to my next tour in 2019!

Hello well done🙂 some itineraries where not matching with our tour guides. Made it a little confusing. Gratuities would also be better if we paid up front. That’s my opinion 🙃 Had a wonderful trip👍

Turned out the price was low because we were being bussed to tourist only stores “museums” to be sold a lot of product. Lots of great things-accommodations were great, great stops, but I would have done it differently had I known.

Lisa and Qi did a great job during our tour. They both are helpful and patient. Excellent customer service, if you have issues you can contact them. They will get back to you asap. I would recommend Chinatour.com to others.

we enjoyed the tour. the guides were the best part. but I think the itinerary needs to fine tuned a bit. we had a lot of dead time if we did not purchase the optional tours. the people and the hotels were very nice.

Our trip has two parts; the 1st part is a 5 days JiangNan trip, the 2nd part is a 6 days Silk Road trip, plus 3 days of travel. In 11 days, the tour covered lots of sceneries. The lodging was almost all 5 stars. The food was authentic Chinese food with local specials! The speed (D) train was very comfortable, we hardly feel it moving while it was traveling at 200 miles an hour. The tour bus was clean and comfortable. The only glitch is there is no escalator nor elevator at the speed (D) train station. It was difficult to carry 50 lbs luggage up and down the stairways. The tour bus drivers for the silk road part seem can be more cooperated. All the tour guides are very good!

Really great tours. Only a few minor complaints: I wish we had a little more free time in Beijing. The tours were great, but they always accompanied "factories" which had not the best food, and were trying to sell us things. I get that they a big part as to why the tour as a whole was so inexpensive, so I didn't really mind, but they could get a little tedious. I would absolutely book tours through them again, though. Hotels were great, guides were lovely and the price in unbeatable.
