We ordered a shower piece over a month…
We ordered a shower piece over a month ago. We paid extra for delivery. We still have not received our order and the USPS tracker doesn't show movement. We contacted the company and haven't heard back. We contacted dhpay today. I'm not holding my breath. Don't use this company. Wish we had investigated prior to ordering and being out 51$ Update: we received the part a few days after I wrote this review.

Maintenant je me suis fais une raison, j ai commandé un carte mère sur se site que j ai jamais recu, j ai écris plusieur fois dans la langue de Shakespeare plus de réponse je pense que c est une arnaque ils ont des million de photos de toutes les cartes et la vous en croyez pas vos yeux alors vous achetez mais ils n ont que la photos n acheté tien sur se site argents perdus et rêves envolés

25-days since I placed order, no any response. I sent 6 messages to the seller 2 email to Customer Support but received nothing. Finally I sent an email to DHpay to request for a full refund but I got told to go to directly contact with the seller.... Truly no one could help me. Chinahao told me 'the seller is still on holiday that's why my order not yet ship. If I want a refund, I must contact the seller directly only, Chinahao don't take this responsibility'. This is how Chinahao.com cheated.
A month later after I ordered, Chinahao shipped my order by China Post which is the cheapest and slowest postage takes up to 50 days delivery. I paid for DHL USD 30 (for 500g parcel) which is 4-10 days delivery. I tried to contact them but again no any response. They shipped my order and said the seller is still on holiday, they cannot give me a refund. Scam website.
Chinahao.co could do even worse than you thought.

Fraud. Ordered two motherboards. Paid 135 USD. Got an email if I really need them. Yes, I do. Never heard anything again. Wrote six emails claiming the goods or money. No reaction ar all.

Cancelled an order because "Due to the large size of the product, the freight is too expensive to ship, the order is cancelled, full refund".
They did not even offer an alternative or solution for the problem. No reply to my messages.
