I had a problem with my very painful toenail. After some research decided to visit Chiltern Wellbeing Clinic where I was pleasantly surprised by friendly, professional and clean environment, greeted by a welcoming smile from Helen and second visit greeted by Rani again very joyful. My initial assessment with Elizabeth was professional, caring and the procedure was explained thoroughly with options. I returned a week later to have the procedure. Again Elizabeth was caring, didnt rush the treatment, and performed with no pain and professionalism. She was very thorough, explaining what was going on and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. Excellent customer service, professional and very friendly staff.
Definitely recommend Chiltern Wellbeing.

Regular visit

I know I’m in good hands!!!
I know I’m in good hands when I come to see funmi at chiltern well-being. I can trust funmi and her team to know what their doing is right. I have been to the clinic many times. Funmi has always made me feel at ease and always saying how brave I am. (Nice to hear, even when you’re an adult). She treats me with real care. She always explains everything carefully so I can understand what she is doing. I can fully trust funmi and her team and know that they’re treating my condition in the correct way.

Great service and professional care
I attended Chiltern wellbeing last year for help with Plantar Fasciitis and was more than pleased with the service and outcome. When I discovered a different and unrelated issue with my foot this month and could not remedy it myself with OTC products I contacted the clinic again and am happy with the reception I received and the treatment which promises to be successful once again.

Great service
The staff are all amazing! Even the admin staff were very polite and warming. The service was incredible. My 8 year old daughter has Plantar Facititis and Achilles. She is healing quicker and all the soreness has gone. She is able to walk and stand on her foot now. I am forever grateful. Will definetly come back when need be.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff, rang up on a Tuesday got an appointment for Thursday and had surgery Monday.
Very clean clinic would highly recommend to anybody who has problems.

Your feet in safe hands!
I limped in with a very sore foot and was immediately struck by the lovely, peaceful atmosphere of this clinic and the friendly, welcoming attitude of the highly skilled staff. I have since had laser treatment for Morton's Neuroma and it has really helped. I would recommend Chiltern Wellbeing to anyone who has a foot problem.
