Love love love my product. Only reason I have it a 4 is because the shipping took about a month.

The first time I ordered my order was shipped fast and arrived a couple of weeks early. My last order was placed on 5/1 and did not ship until 5/18. Both orders were placed during this corona pandemic but one took more than 2 weeks just to ship. It arrived way past the time that the item was needed since it was intended as a gift.

Absolutely loved the three Sister mugs I purchased for my daughters, Beautiful Mothers day Gift! The look on their faces confirmed that I had made the right choice. Weeks later they are still admiring and talking about their mugs and how the images I selected for each one resembled them.

Customer Service was amazing after I made an error with my order I had to email customer service to see if it could be corrected, They responded in less than 24 hours. Customer Service advised me of what was needed to correct my error, the process was done and I received mugs in time for Mother Day.

Their Great prices, easy ordering process, packaged well to prevent damage of products and fast delivery I was really impressed and I will definitely be ordering from your company again!!!!

My mugs had several typos in the original template created by the company. Asked for a replacement. In my replacement order, I only received a part of my order and it had the same typos.

I loved how came out. I think I am going to get some for my sisters.

A gift for 2 nurses. They love them

I ordered a mug and got it and realized it was spelled incorrectly: not the custom part but the quote that I chose from the website. I asked it to be remade and they made the exact same one. I'm pretty sure you all can tell you have a defect in the stencil. So why keep printing faulty merchandise? And why not tell me you can't fix it so that I could just choose a different quote? I ordered another set that was perfect but the handling of the mistake is what caused this rating, not even the mistake itself. I don't care to get another shipment because the special occasion that I ordered it for is past. So I'll just keep the mugs and correct it myself.

It took too long, missed Mother's Day..

I received one of the mugs that was sent was incorrect. The other mug was perfect. I need to send back so I can get the correct mug I ordered.
